Good morning.

Welcome to this sacred morning space.

This time is just for you.

A moment to connect with yourself as you begin your day.

Take a deep nurturing breath and allow yourself to arrive here exactly as you are.

Find a position that feels natural and supportive.

Maybe sitting comfortably or perhaps lying down.

Let your body settle.

There's no need to force anything.

Just allow yourself to be.

Take a few breaths at your own pace.

Just notice how the air feels as it moves through you.

As you breathe,

Begin to scan your body with gentle curiosity.

What's present for you in this moment?

Maybe you notice a craving.

Perhaps there's tension somewhere or a feeling of frustration.

Whatever's there,

Just acknowledge it with kindness.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing these sensations as smoke.

Watching them dissolve into the morning air.

Not fighting them,

Just letting them float away.

Now bring your awareness to your lungs.

Imagine them as beautiful living gardens.

With each breath,

They're being nourished,

Renewed,

Rejuvenated.

Feel the clean,

Fresh air flowing through you,

Bringing clarity,

Bringing lightness.

Notice how natural this feels,

How your body knows exactly how to heal itself,

How to return to its state of vibrant health.

As you continue breathing,

Invite softness into your experience.

Notice the difference between controlling and allowing.

When a craving or challenging feeling arises,

You don't need to fight it.

You can approach it with the same softness as morning sunlight touching your skin.

Remember everything you need is already within you.

Your strength,

Your peace,

Your ability to change.

Take a moment now to appreciate yourself for showing up,

For being open to change,

For choosing your well-being.

Let these truths settle into your heart as you repeat each one of them.

I embrace vibrant health and vitality.

I approach each moment with softness and grace.

I trust my body's natural wisdom.

I release what no longer serves me.

I am complete and whole exactly as I am.

I choose clarity and freshness in each moment.
