Please find somewhere comfortable where you can sit or lie down and be supported.
Take this next 10 to 15 minutes all to yourself.
And when you are comfortable,
Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And one more time.
And now start to relax the muscles in your forehead and eyes and allow the jaw to fall gently open.
Allow your face and neck to become completely relaxed.
Allow that relaxation and letting go and release to continue down the body,
The upper back,
The lower back,
The arms,
The fingers,
The stomach,
The legs,
The calves,
The feet and the toes.
And one more deep restorative breath.
Oprah Winfrey said,
We get in life what we have the courage to ask for and when we see it and create it in our heads,
Everything is created twice.
First on an energetic level and then in reality.
So take your mind now to a time where you are living a life of your own design.
Everything you want to be,
Do and have is yours.
There's no resistance,
Only ease and anything and everything is possible and it's yours now.
So as you take yourself to that time,
You wake up at the start of your most ideal day.
Where are you and how does your day start?
What can you see?
Are you alone or is anyone with you?
What kinds of morning activities are you doing?
And as you go about your morning routine,
What are you wearing?
How do you feel in your body?
What are you preparing for that day?
This is your day exactly however you wish.
So how do you wish?
What can you hear?
What can you smell?
How do you feel?
Who are you seeing and interacting with?
What are you saying to yourself?
What emotions are you feeling as you go through your day?
This life is the normal that you have created,
The life that you have co-created with the universe.
Who is supporting you?
Who is helping you practically,
Emotionally,
Spiritually?
What are you realizing about your inner qualities that have helped you to get to this place where you get to choose exactly how you and with whom you spend your days?
Now you walk past a mirror and you see yourself and you smile and you offer yourself love.
How do you feel?
You did it!
You created this.
This is all you.
You have the power and you are amazing.
What could you tell yourself now that will support you to get a step closer each day to your best life?
What does yourself a year ago need to hear?
Now look around the room you are in or wherever you are and see a dial and as you turn up that dial the colors,
The smells,
The tastes,
The feelings and the sensations all amplify.
Turn it up now.
How do you feel?
As you reflect and wrap up at the end of your day what were the things that made all the difference to be able to get to this point?
Where everything just clicked into place?
Who did you have to be?
What did you have to do?
What did you need to have?
What did you need to start doing?
What did you need to stop doing or being?
And what did you need to continue?
And who and how were you supported?
Faith is knowing that the Sun will rise tomorrow.
Have faith in this dream.
This is really possible for you.
You could not see this if you could not create it and you can and you are.
Remember everything is created twice.
First it is a vision then it is reality.
What are the qualities you are taking with you now?
Take a deep breath.
Start to feel your body,
The weight of your body on the bed or the chair.
Unclench your jaw.
Drop your shoulders and start to become aware of any sounds and any new sensations.
And whenever you are ready open your eyes.
Now before you go and talk to someone or do anything else grab a pen and paper and write down exactly what you saw,
What you heard,
What you felt,
Everything in a lot of detail and let it flow.
Don't edit it,
Let it flow from the heart.
If you've already done this exercise then that's fine.
You can go about your day now and remember to keep the dream alive.
