Meditation.
Come into a comfortable position.
This may be lying down on your back.
Maybe sitting on a chair,
Sitting on a floor with legs crossed.
But find a spot.
Find a position that is comfortable for you.
Whatever position you choose today.
Have the spine nice and long.
The shoulders drop down.
The lower body relaxed.
The upper body open.
Any last movements,
Just take them now.
Really allow your body to settle and then come into stillness.
Just noticing any sounds that you can hear in the distance.
Just notice the sounds now that are inside the room or the space you're in.
Just allowing these sounds to come and go.
Allowing any sounds or the silence.
Just noticing any sounds that you can hear in the distance.
Just noticing any sounds now that are inside the room or the space you're in.
Allowing any sounds or the silence to just wash over you and become part of your meditation.
Just noticing any smells in the air.
Anything that you can feel against your skin.
Are you sitting on a soft bed?
Is your clothing light and airy or warm and snug?
Can you feel or notice the air against your skin?
The temperature?
The air that you are in?
Can you feel or notice the air against your skin?
The temperature?
The space that you are in?
Even gently closing the eyes.
Can you feel or notice the air against your skin?

Even gently closing the eyes.
Just letting the outer world fall away.
As you notice how your body feels.
Just noticing the feet.
Bringing awareness to the ankles.
Calves.
Feeling tired or tight.
Maybe relaxed and soft.
What about the thighs and the upper legs?
Just noticing how they feel and just letting it be exactly as it is.
Just noticing the air that you are in.
Just letting it be.
Noticing the waist,
The back,
The belly.
Any sensations,
Any movement?
Up into the chest.
Is there any movement here?
Any sensation here?
Whatever it is,
Just let it be.
If your mind is vying for your attention with thoughts,
Just come back to the body time and time again.
Allowing your thoughts to just come and go.
Just letting it be.
Just letting it be.

Whatever they are.
No attachment.
They are being drawn into their story.
Just letting them float across your mind like clouds in a blue sky.
And you return your attention,
Your focus back to the body.
Back to how your shoulders are feeling.
How the arms,
The heavy,
Are they tired?
Do they feel okay?
Do they feel nothing?
Just noticing,
Connecting with your body.
What about the neck?
What about the ears,
The head,
The forehead,
The eyes,
The face?
What about inside?
Inside the organs and muscles,
The air going in and out of the body.
Just noticing where it's moving the body.
Really noticing the breath.
Can you feel it come in the nose?
Coming in and out of the left nostril,
The right nostril.
Just feeling it expand the chest and contract the chest.
Just feeling it expand the chest.
Just the ribs.
Perhaps movement in the belly.
What movement can you feel in the belly?
Now bringing a color to mind.
Whatever color comes to mind.
Just imagine that your breath is this color.
It could be a gold yellow color.
It could be a calming blue like the ocean or a deep green like the forest or a red earthy color like the desert.
It could be pure white or a dark black or brown or gray.
Whatever color comes to mind.
Just breathe that color in.
Breathe that color in and it goes all the way,
Travels in the nostrils and down the chest and into the belly and this light begins to change.
It becomes purer,
It becomes brighter and lighter as it enters the body.
As you breathe out,
This color expands out around you.
Breathing the color back in enters the body,
Enters into the mind,
Into the muscles,
Into the belly and as it enters the body,
It gets brighter still.
It becomes clearer with your breath just by simply breathing.
It becomes pure and clear and bright as you follow this color in and out of your body.
It begins to fill your entire body.
Your entire body is full with this color.
It even goes into the bones.
It goes deep into the bones as they dance with this color.
This color is pure energy.
This color goes to wherever you need it.
It goes to a past injury,
Past or present injury.
This light,
This light goes there,
It travels there and it heals.
It purifies,
It fills up this area with pure color,
Light and energy.
Your body is full with this light and energy.
It goes to wherever you need it.
It even goes into your mind,
Clearing out any cobwebs,
Clearing out anything you no longer need.
It clears out worries about the future.
It clears out anything from the past.
Watch this color move,
Dance,
Feel the light,
Feel the light,
Feel the light and it goes into your mind.

Invigorating each and every cell in your body.
Perhaps even notice sensations that this light,
This color that's all yours,
What sensations is happening in the body?
As your breath deepens,
The color flows,
Flows out,
Outside of your skin,
Out into the room and space around you,
Clearing out everything in your space.
Clears out any relationship issues.
It clears out any issues at all.
This color,
This energy is special.
It goes exactly where you need it.
To any and every aspect of your life,
Clearing out,
Providing space and watch as this space is cleared and becomes bigger and it draws in,
It draws in positive energy.
This energy is attracting abundance and it's attracting the energy that's in your mind.
It's attracting good fortune.
It's attracting good fortune.
It's attracting good fortune.
It's attracting your deepest desires and wishes for your future.
It's attracting health and wealth.
It's bringing it in just as it cleared out the negative.
It's bringing,
It's bringing in health and wealth,
Abundance,
Light,
More light into your life.
And it's sinking in to this space and just notice what it attracts,
Notice what it's bringing in for you.

Noticing what areas of your life are lit up by this energy.
And just taking time to integrate that,
To integrate the change and just know that this colour has worked for you in the deepest way that you need it at this time.
And as the colour starts to draw back,
It draws back into your mind and your heart is and just know that this color has worked for you in the deepest way that you need it at this time.
As the color starts to draw back,
Draws back to your belly,
This pure,
Bright light and color is filling your belly as it draws back.
Its work is completed.
Just know that this color,
This light,
This energy,
This pure,
Universal color just for you is always there,
It's always in your breath.
It's in every inhalation,
In every exhalation and resides in your belly,
There if you ever need to clear,
To cleanse,
To attract more abundance,
Positivity,
Life,
Health or wealth,
It's here for you in your belly,
In your breath.
Noticing,
Noticing the light,
Noticing any sounds that's in the room,
The space around you,
Any sounds out in the distance,
Noticing the surface that you lie or sit against,
The air against your skin,
The clothing,
Smells in the air,
In your breath.
Take one deep breath in through the nose and then decide out.
And in your own time,
Bringing movement back to the fingers,
Back to the shoulders,
In the neck,
Your whole body.
