Welcome.
This is a guided meditation that will help you center yourself,
Shift your emotional state,
Pull away from some unwanted memories or negative or challenging emotions.
Grounding yourself helps you to calm your mind,
Become aware of and shift your focus onto the present moment.
You may listen to this meditation on a daily basis,
Especially in the morning to start your day fully grounded into the present moment,
Instead of allowing yourself lusting good emotions or memories dictate how you feel or how you go about the day.
Or you may listen to it when you feel down and uneasy or even anxious as this will help you feel calmer and more at peace.
Let's begin.
To begin this meditation.
Get yourself comfortable in a sitting position.
You may use a chair if you'd like.
And if you're sitting down,
Make sure your feet are flat on the floor.
And palms are facing up on your lap.
And when you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Instead,
Relax.
Let's begin by becoming aware of your breath.
Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
As you inhale,
Feel the breath as it enters with a fresh,
New life-giving oxygen and gently travels down into the lungs,
Filling the lungs up with this deep inhale,
Bringing in the live energy.
And as you exhale.
See yours.
See yourself breathing out and relaxing and releasing stress.
Any negative or old energy or feelings.
If you notice any thoughts coming in.
Just observe them acknowledge them,
And just let them pass by.
Inhale love and light and peace and exhale distress anything and everything that no longer works for you.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathe in this peace.
And light.
And worry and anxiety.
As you're breathing,
Consciously slow down your breathing with each breath you take.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and allow your stomach to expand as you breathe in.
Hold it for a few seconds and then breathe out through your mouth slowly and allow your body to completely relax Breathe in.
And breathe out.
With each breath you take,
Your body is becoming more and more relaxed and your mind is becoming more clear.
And focused As you're breathing,
Notice how your face relaxes.
Allow any tension in your forehead,
Your eyes and jaw to relax as you breathe out.
Relax your throat.
Your name?
Continue breathing and as you breathe out allow any tension in your neck to be released Relax your chest.
Your heart,
Your stomach.
Take another deep breath in and feel your spine,
Hips.
Legs and feet getting relaxed and releasing any tension.
Breathe in.
And breathe.
Now slowly bring your attention to your feet imagine roots coming out of your feet as if your body is a tree.
With each breath you take,
You're stretching the roots down into the earth Feel your roots going through the surface of your room into the ground.
And farther and farther.
Deeper and deeper into the ground deep into the core.
Into the heart of the earth into the Gaia.
These roots connect you to the energy of the Gaia of the Earth and the strength of the Earth Notice any thoughts,
Sensations,
Or images that come to you as you travel on this inner journey.
You don't need to judge this.
You don't need to interact with her.
Just observe.
And let them pass by.
Breathe and allow your roots to penetrate into every piece of that earth into her inner core.
Sit there for a moment and just bask in your deep connection with the earth.
Feel how grounded and centered you are appreciate your body and the peace you feel.
When you're ready.
Invite the Earth's energy.
And allow this amber reddish energy from this heart center to fill your roots and allow it to start traveling up into your body With each breath you take,
Draw up the power of stability.
Power of grounding.
The power of love.
See the energy rise through the layers of the earth slowly with each breath.
Until it reaches your body Notice any sensations.
Notice what's coming up maybe in your mind,
In your body,
How you're feeling observe them and allow them to be there without any judgment Allow this energy to fill your whole body.
Your feet coming up into your legs base of your spine.
Filling every cell of your body feel it spiraling up into your red root chakra in the hip area That's the center of Earth connection and the body breathe and feel this energy spiraling up into your sacral chakra in the pelvis area Observe the beautiful color of that.
Energy center.
And the energy coming to it.
That's the center of sexuality and creativity.
Breathe it out further still.
Into your yellow soloplexus center that is in the stomach area.
This is the center of will and personal power.
Notice any sensations,
Images and thoughts.
You may associate with the chakras,
Those energy centers,
As the earth's energy rises through them and fills them up You don't need to judge or resolve or solve anything,
Just observe,
Be present.
You don't need to analyze.
Just breathe.
And notice what you're noticing.
Now breathe and draw up the energy into your green heart chakra.
The heart center of love,
Compassion and forgiveness feel the flood of loving-kindness as it envelops you as the energy of the Earth rises upwards.
Allow the energy to flow even farther up through your chest into your throat chakra in the neck area which is the center of communication and expression.
And finally.

As the energy reaches the third eye.
In the brow area.
Which is a place of vision and inner sight.
Allow it to fully integrate into this energy center.
Allow this energy to emerge.
Into every cell of your body and energy centers.
Notice any thoughts,
Sensations or images that may be coming up for you without judging them as the energy reaches the top of your head and through your crown chakra at the very top of your head imagine it bursting forth like branches of the tree and feel those branches reaching up into the sky.
Now through your leaves and branches Allow yourself to draw in the energy of the universe.
Visualize this stream of gold light coming through the top of your head.
And filling and surrounding your whole body.
See those energies of the earth and the universe merging even further filling every cell of your body body and expanding even beyond your body Observe how beautiful this mix of light is.
Just sit for a few minutes basking in this connection,
This pure connection of both Earth and Universe.
Just breathe and stay in this presence and bring your attention into the heart space just for a moment and allow yourself to breathe through that area.
And expand that energy from your heart center into your body and outside your body to fully be grounded in the body with universal and earth energy as well as your own heart energy Take a few more deep breaths.
Enjoy this dance of delight and energy.
Is an outside of your body.
And when you feel ready.
Let's take one more deep breath in.
And start awakening your body and when you're ready.
Open your eyes.
