Hello everyone and welcome to another Meditation Together.
Today we're going to do a beautiful visualization in which we are going to cultivate our orchard or our garden full of concepts and values that are really important to us,
That really matter to us.
First of all,
We're going to find a very comfortable position,
A place where we're not going to be disturbed by anyone or anybody.
My cat is trying to disturb me,
But it's okay,
I'll do my best.
And once you've found this place,
Just let yourself go,
Let the thoughts come and go,
Let the tranquility,
Peace and the good energy surround you,
Try to relax your shoulder.
If you feel comfortable,
You can close your eyes.
And soon we're going to start a series of breaths in which we're going to inhale for four,
Hold for four,
Exhale for four and then keep the empty lungs for other four seconds.
We're going to do this for like three or four times and then we're going to move on to the visualization.
So let's breathe in for four.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Hold it.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Exhale.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Hold.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Inhale.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Hold.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Exhale.
Two,

One more.

And now go to your normal breath.
Surround yourself with beautiful light,
Warmth,
Tenderness,
Tranquility and peace.
And we're going to start our visualization of a beautiful place,
Of a place that you think is very suitable for cultivating your garden or your orchard.
A place to where you can go whenever you feel to take care of these concepts and values that matter to you.
You can decide to plant on the ground,
To plant inside some vases.
You can decide the patterns of the vases.
You have tools available,
You have ground.
And then we start.
We start with the first concept that matters to you.
Just to give you some idea,
It could be peace,
It could be self-confidence,
Success,
Family,
Tranquility.
Something that is important to you.
Maybe not to other people,
It doesn't matter.
And so you grab the ground through your tool,
You start digging,
You plant the seeds,
You tap the ground,
You pat the ground.
And you put all your love,
Your tenderness,
Your sweetness while doing it,
The joy,
The peace,
Anything that comes from your heart,
From your mind.
And stay really focused on the present.
Always go back to your breath if something pops up to your mind that is not related to what we're doing.
And then you move to the second concept,
The second value,
The second idea.
And you proceed in the same way,
Taking care of this concept,
Cherishing it.
You can decide to plant one concept on the ground,
Another concept in the vase.
There's no rule,
This is your orchard,
This is your garden.
These are the things that matter to you.
So you set the rules,
You can change the rules.
You are the boss.
And then you go to the third one.
I'm thinking about a set of five.
You can have more,
Less,
It doesn't matter.
It's up to you.
I'm going to give you a couple of minutes and during this time you'll have the opportunity to take care of as many concepts as you want.
Now we're going to start collecting all the tools.
We're going to put them in a special place that we can always get access to.
Get some water,
Some nourishment for these concepts or these values.
And we start giving all this water and nourishment to them.
We take care of them.
And we can always come back to this orchard,
This garden,
To cultivate not only these concepts but others,
To make these plants and these flowers grow more and more.
Now we're ready to let this visualization go.
If you feel like later you can write down on a piece of paper,
On a journal some of these concepts,
The concepts,
You can even decide to draw the garden or the orchard.
And let's take three breaths together.
