Happy New Year 2026 Let's breathe in,
Let's breathe out Let's make a meditation about the days that are here to come for us A new year that will take day by day We may have some projects but we don't get too involved too discouraged,
Too wrapped in this life not to appreciate the little things Try not to be upset when we don't accomplish all the things that we wanted to We start the new year with kindness and most of all kindness to ourselves And also we start the year with a little slow motion We can still do things We can perform different tasks But we don't have to be in such a hurry We don't have to rush We keep breathing We release the little parts of the 25 that are still there Causing pain,
Troubles giving us a headache preoccupations It's the rain outside,
It's almost like the rain is washing away the negativity those disappointments that we had for the previous year We start this new year with hope with love and again,
First of all towards ourselves Every day we build something We try to make our world and this world a better place Some days we may succeed Some days we may fail But that doesn't mean that we didn't try Let's start this new year being ourselves being aware that we don't have to prove anything to anyone We don't have to prove that we are worth it We just have to be ourselves Yes,
We can improve But again,
We don't have to prove anything Keep breathing Find this peace and serenity inside of you Each day let's find something that will make us laugh that will make us look at life in a much lighter way Not always too serious too strict too severe This year let's find light This year let's find lightness around us and inside us Let's imagine the light that is hitting hitting the top of our head We believe this light is entering our body stinging different parts of our body of our essence to the point that we are like laughing or smiling The light is traveling inside us reaching every single chakra and in its way the light is trying to give a better flow to those chakras lubricating those wheels so that they can spin and turn in a much better way we feel quieter more peaceful with the awareness that all that we need is already inside us We are part of this universe and somehow we have been taken care The light is inside us surrounding us It's almost like it's lifting us up and we are floating in the air Let's stay here for a few minutes enjoying this state that we have reached If you get distracted,
It's all good Go back to your normal breath Focus on that Let those thoughts fly away Now slowly and gently let's start to hear and feel our surroundings the noise that are close to us near to us and far from us the refrigerator even the noise of our body the rain,
The wind Can you smell anything around you?
Your hands can touch your body the blanket the chair,
The couch the bed You can caress your face and slowly if your eyes are closed you can open your eyes Remember the this light inside and around you and find lightness in your life
