Today we start our day with gratitude and with all the possibilities and chances that these 24 hours have for us Let's forget about yesterday,
Let's forget about last night,
Let's be mindful and let's live this right moment Let's breathe very deeply and let's find how surprising,
How amazing one single breath can charge us again and give us hope and freedom Let's take three deep breaths,
Let's release stress,
Tension,
Anxiety,
We just let everything go We're gonna do some breathing with me counting for you,
Do you pass the two inhales through your nose?
However,
If sometimes that doesn't come so natural for you,
You can always inhale or exhale through your mouth We will do some inhale for four seconds,
Then we're gonna hold the breath for the same amount of seconds and then we're gonna exhale for five,
Then at one point we will increase,
But just follow my voice We're gonna do it perfectly fine,
This is gonna relax us and it's gonna give us a lot of hope for these 24 hours that we have ahead of us Ok,

A heat in this area Our heart is talking to us,
It's giving us a compliment We feel a sense of gratitude,
We feel loved by ourselves We don't need anybody,
Just us We don't need to be validated by other people We almost like putting a million of likes on ourselves We are so happy,
So grateful and so proud of ourselves The breathing keeps being normal,
Quiet with all these three elements,
Belly,
Chest and diaphragm moving together There's no right or wrong,
Just do your best,
Don't judge yourself I'm gonna leave you for a few minutes by yourself During this time you will be able to breathe naturally,
Finding more and more peace Keep appreciating your shaal,
Listen to your heart,
It's talking to you,
It's telling you that it loves you And then appreciate every single thing that you do,
Even with your flaws Thank you for watching You You You You You You Try to get used again to the sounds around you You can wiggle your fingers and your toes And only when you feel like you can slowly open your eyes Today don't forget about all the love that you have inside you Your heart is shining for you Always put yourself above everybody,
Before everybody You can't love others if you don't love yourself,
And your heart is telling you that it loves you so so much If during the day you feel like you need some kind of validation,
You know where to look for It's right there,
