Find a calm,
Still space away from others where you feel centered,
Grounded,
And safe.
Know that what you are feeling in this moment is temporary.
Any anxiety,
Stress,
Or worry is only there to help point you in the direction of what feels better.
Begin by sitting or laying in a comfortable position,
Legs uncrossed,
Arms by your side,
Palms turned upward.
As we walk through this guided visualization,
Allow yourself and your spirit to be guided by my voice.
Do not worry if you go somewhere else or are led into another space or if you fall asleep.
The frequencies in this meditation will still be working to calm your anxiety,
Alleviate depression and stress,
And bring you back to center.
Begin by taking five slow breaths in through your nose to the count of five.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Pausing for a count of one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
And exhaling one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Begin this cycle again,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
In through your nose.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
And exhale one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Continue this pattern throughout the rest of the meditation or until your breathing feels regulated,
Steady,
And calm.
Listen to the sound of my voice as I lead you into your space of inner calm.
With your eyes closed,
Imagine above you a beautiful golden orb spiraling and spinning like a beautiful star or the light at the top of a Christmas tree.
As you observe the star,
It may spin in one direction or the other or have a different colored glow than what others may see.
Know that whatever you perceive is unique to you and important.
As you watch the star spin,
Imagine that bits and pieces and waves of its energy begin to creep out from its orbit like a beautiful blanket falling and enveloping the space around it.
Watch as it covers your head like a beautiful celestial honey coating you with its light,
Calm,
Steadiness starting from the top of your head,
Over your shoulders,
Down your arms,
Onto your torso,
Every bit of its light enveloping you,
Coating you with the serenity,
With this hug from the universe.
Watch as it travels down your legs and over your ankles and into the earth below through your feet.
You feel yourself connected to this divine waterfall as though you are standing underneath the source of all creation and in it you are safe,
Protected,
Loved,
And whole.
In this moment in time,
There is nothing to fear,
No deadlines to reach or emails you must answer.
There is only weightlessness,
Love,
Safety.
This is the space that you have come from,
That we all have come from.
Weightless,
Divine,
Perfect,
Unjudged,
Unhurried,
Whole.
Continue to observe this cascading waterfall of divine light as it washes over you permeating every cell in your body inside and out.
You may feel the urge to open your mouth and drink some of this golden light,
Allowing it to infuse every part of you and giving you an internal radiant glow.
Imagine this beautiful light integrating in your skin,
In your muscles and tissues and radiating out the tips of your fingers and the bottoms of your feet.
Suspended,
Weightless,
Whole,
Safe.
Know that this is the space to release any fears or stressors or concerns.
In your mind,
Release them to this waterfall.
Give them to this cascade of wellness and know that they will be transmuted,
Absorbed and released from you.
Somewhere deep inside you,
You remember this place,
This place of knowing that you are part of everything and everything is part of you,
That you have a place and a purpose in the universe.
This is your truth.
All that is ever required or will ever be required is for you to remember your truth.
You are loved.
You are safe.
You are well.
You have a purpose.
Feel how much the universe needs you,
How much good you bring into the world and release any feelings otherwise.
Your very existence is love.
This is who you are and where you came from.
Remember this space and this feeling and come back to it any time that you feel anxious,
Stressed or depressed.
You have a great power inside you and a gift to bring the world.
Look for signs of how to use that gift in the world around you and let the fear fall away.
Take a moment to sit in this space and observe.
And when you feel ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back to your feet and to your legs and to your hips,
To your torso and your stomach,
Waking up your chest and your heart and your shoulders,
Your neck and all the way through the top of your head,
Feeling coated in this beautiful light energy.
When you feel ready,
You may open your eyes and bring yourself back to this space.
Return to your day knowing that you are safe and secure,
Limitless and you have a purpose.
Go find and seek evidence of what that purpose is.
The universe is calling you.
Bring love to this world.
Bring light to your life by simply being who you are.
