Position your body in a space that you feel supported.
Settle in to the way your body feels in this moment.
Allow yourself to fully embrace the surroundings that you are in.

Spreads out,
And moves to every part of every direction.
Watch your breathing as it progresses further down your neck and your shoulders,
Into your chest,
And then your abdomen,
Down into the deep belly,
Into the crevices of your hips and your legs,
And washes that soft gentle wave down into your feet.
Feel that expansion,
That stretching of your energy growing in every direction with every breath.
Exist in this moment and feel your expansion.
Allow yourself to be swayed and cradled by the soft waves of your breath through your body.
This is your body's lullaby,
Its own way of gently soothing you into your natural rhythm.
Your mind does not exist here.
There is no thinking,
No guessing.
There is only feeling.
The only feeling that you need is one of stillness.
Do not force it or fight it.
Just allow yourself to be rocked by the waves of your breath.
This is the space where your body can fully nurture,
Envelop,
And heal you on the deepest level.
Feel your expansion.
In this stillness,
Listen for a word,
An emotion,
A feeling that washes over you.
It may come subtly from your heart.
You may see it in your mind's eye.
But there is an emotion at the core of your being and all you are experiencing in your life at this time.
Ask your body while you are in this place of stillness to show you the word,
The emotion,
The feeling.
How does this word feel?
If it feels worried,
Angry,
Frightened,
Know that it is being presented to be healed.
If it feels happy,
Joyful,
Expansive,
Know that this is your true self calling you in the direction of your path.
Where this word,
Allow it to integrate and to become a part of your very breath.
Everything is healed.
Everything is whole.
The pieces of yourself that you thought you had lost are being put back together now.
You will leave this space completely whole with all that you need and all that you seek for the life that awaits you.
Feel the soft waves of expansion.
With your breath,
Speak to your body,
Give it gratitude and thanks for the support,
The love and the guidance it has provided.
Wherever you go,
You will take this body with you.
It exists only to serve you,
To heal you,
To protect you.
Feel how great a love your body has for you.
With every exhale,
Say thank you.
Thank you for my heart.
Thank you for my mind.
Thank you for this life.
Your body sees you as worthy of this life.
You are loved.

Bring your awareness back to the soft waves of your breathing.
Become aware of your feet and your knees and your hips and then your belly.
