In uncertain and stressful times, we easily tend to lose our inner stability. We often feel like losing the ground under our feet. This meditation helps you to reconnect with the power of the earth and to find your inner stability and strength. Music by Fexplorer

So at first take a moment to make yourself comfortable for this meditation.

Find a quiet place where you can be just for yourself.

And find a position in which you can sit upright,

Comfortable and relaxed.

Make sure that there is nothing disturbing you anymore,

Because this moment is all yours.

And whenever you are ready,

Just close your eyes.

Take a deep breath and simply let go as you breathe out.

Allow yourself to simply fall inward and completely arrive in yourself.

Draw all attention to yourself,

To this present moment.

And then for a moment just become aware of your body in its wholeness.

Your body in its whole shape and form,

From head to toe.

Become fully aware of your body and be fully present in it.

And then allow yourself to simply perceive your contact to the ground or to the place on which you are currently sitting.

Notice how your body is carried and held by the ground.

And you don't have to do anything for that.

Notice how you are totally connected to the power of the earth.

Just let yourself be carried and held by the earth with all your weight.

And then move your attention to your pelvis and feel how your pelvis rests on the ground,

How it is completely held by the power of the earth.

As if this power were holding the foundation of a house,

A strong and unshakable foundation.

And perceive how this power also rests in your pelvis.

How your pelvis is completely connected to the power of the earth.

And in this power you can completely let go and relax.

Just let yourself be completely held and carried.

And then move your attention from your pelvis slowly upward along your entire spine.

Very slowly vertebra by vertebra.

Up to your neck,

Your head and finally to the top of your head.

Notice the whole verticality of your upper body.

Notice how your upper body rises up from your pelvis.

And become totally aware of the straightening,

The stability in your upper body.

And feel how your whole body is held by the power of the earth.

How you find support and stability in this power.

And so once again feel your body in its wholeness with all its weight.

Become fully aware of the weight of your body and simply release it to the ground.

Let the whole weight of your body be held and carried by the ground.

And then turn your attention to your breath and just let your breath flow freely and relaxed.

Just follow the natural flow of your breath without changing anything.

Just observe for a moment how your breath comes and goes.

Comes and goes.

Completely in its own rhythm.

And then every time you breathe out allow yourself to let go a little more.

With each exhale become a little bit heavier,

Releasing a little more of your weight to the ground.

With each exhale imagine sinking a little deeper into the ground.

Connecting more and more with the power of the earth.

With each breath become more and more fully one with the power of the earth.

A power in which you can fully trust.

A power in which you can fully relax and let go.

Be fully connected to the earth.

Deeply rooted like a strong tree.

And every time you breathe in imagine taking in some of that strength.

With each inhale take in some of the power of the earth and let it flow through your whole body.

Filling your body with this power,

Every fiber and every cell.

And notice how you also find more and more inner support,

More and more inner strength and stability.

Like the tree that is nourished by the earth through its roots.

Breathe out and let go.

Connect with the earth.

Breathe in and take in the power of the earth.

If you are connected to the earth you are also connected to yourself.

If you are connected to the earth then you are also connected to life.

Stay with yourself for another moment and connect with the power of the earth with every gentle breath.

In the power of the earth you are always held.

As much as the storms may rage sometimes remember your connection to the earth and nothing will shake you that easily.

This power is always there in every moment and it will help you to master every challenge.

Take a deep breath and feel your connection to the earth.

Take another deep breath and allow yourself to slowly come back.

Move and stretch a little bit just as it feels right in this moment.

Give yourself an inner smile and whenever you are ready slowly open your eyes.
