Congrats on finishing this Shaking Medicine course.

I'm so grateful that you chose to do this course with me and I really hope that you have gained so many benefits from it and that you can use this for the rest of your life too.

To basically integrate and regulate things that come up to help you move trauma energy,

Stress energy,

Aches,

Pains,

And so much.

So what we've learned essentially,

Or rather remembered,

Is turning into your instinctive therapeutic tremor mechanism.

Which is nature's way that's evolved in us over hundreds of millions of years in the nervous system of animals to.

.

Let go,

Let go of the stuff that doesn't serve us,

Stress,

Anxiety,

Trauma.

As well as cultivating more life force,

Energy,

More vitality,

So that we can do the things we love to do in life.

And so hopefully you now are able to embody your tremor mechanism pretty easily,

Pretty effectively.

And that you can use this ongoing when anything comes up.

You can use it as a practice in your life.

And you can also use it even if it's five minutes here or there,

Five minutes before bed.

Or when you wake up in the morning to get you going,

Or in the before bed case to help you relax and fall asleep.

Um,

This can apply to pretty much everything you do in life because.

Life is better,

In my opinion,

When we're not holding on to as much.

Baggage stuff stress anxiety trauma The creative juices get flowing a lot easier when we're free,

When we're present.

And that's a natural side effect of letting go of the stories and the trauma in the body.

So.

.

.

So keep embodying it to really reap these benefits.

To go deeper,

To keep shedding away the layers of the accumulated trauma onion.

Sustainable,

Regular practice is ideal.

And so I encourage you to keep going.

If this is serving you,

If you feel positive from this,

If you feel it's moving.

Energy then please keep going.

And it doesn't have to be like every day,

Hours every day.

It can be a little bit.

Sprinkled through the week or something.

But yeah,

I'd recommend to stay with it if it's feeling good for you.

To summarize this course,

Roughly the classes we did,

Class one was a balanced class where we really dove into the fundamentals.

Class two was to demonstrate,

Okay,

We can also,

This can be a more activating.

Sort of class and activating journey.

And class three.

It was a much more relaxing journey.

We didn't even stand up at all.

To demonstrate that we can access it from deeper states of surrender and relaxation and letting go.

And naturally,

We'll need to cycle through them.

And the more we tune into our instinctive tremor mechanism,

The more all of this will naturally unfold and happen.

On its own,

Less and less will we have to think about it and more and more will it just kind of open.

That's not to say that tuning into classes or coming back to fundamentals can't help us even possible years down the road.

It really can.

It can help us access new layers that maybe we weren't accessing before.

Deeper subconscious.

For his intention within us,

Whatever it is.

And regarding these classes this whole course i really believe that you can get a lot out of it by doing it multiple times The tremor mechanism moves you.

Not the other way around.

And so it's not like.

We did say a yoga class where everything's kind of structured and linear.

It's like,

When we do this,

We can.

Tune into her instinct each time.

Maybe take on different suggestions and then allow that to take us on a journey.

So yes,

You are very welcome to do these classes again and again.

As one way to continue your embodiment.
