Releasing tensions and baggage and manifesting your heart's desires into the new year.
It's inviting you to find a comfortable spot,
Whether seated or laying,
To receive this experience.
Starting to arrive in the space that you're at,
Noticing the support of the ground,
Noticing your breath,
The air on your skin,
The sounds that you're hearing.
Continue to observe your breath as you breathe in,
Your belly expands,
As you breathe out,
Your belly and ribcage relaxes.
With each in-breath,
You feel a sense of expansion,
Your shoulders upright.
Breath,
You release all tensions into the ground,
Allowing yourself to deepen your in-breath.
Start to do a body scan from top to bottom,
Just noticing any areas holding any tension,
Noticing any sensations from the top of the head to your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your hips.
It's allowing whatever comes up to surface without any attachment,
Just observation.
It's allowing what needs to be released to be released,
Or insights come up for you,
Just observe.
Allowing yourself to clear away any baggage,
Any obstacles,
Any things that obstruct your visions,
Your desires,
Your intentions.
Allowing them to be cleared with the sound and the out-breath.
Bringing awareness to the heart center,
Start to tune in to asking yourself,
What do you hope to be blossomed in this new year?
Visualizing how it feels to accomplish what you wish to accomplish this year,
Can be the simplest things to more elaborate projects.
Visualizing this new transformative self,
