Welcome to the guided meditation exercise with the intention of nurturing and trusting your heart.
I invite you to find a comfortable space to honor your body as you bring yourself to a space of awareness and intention.
As we begin this guided meditation exercise,
Find a comfortable space in your space,
Lying down,
Sitting up,
Standing even.
However you choose to honor your body in this time as we turn our attention to nurturing and trusting your heart.
Allow your body to settle into your space with dignity and comfort,
Serenity and peace.
Allow your eyes to close gently and allow your chin to drop down towards your chest,
Directing your face and your head towards your heart,
Towards the center of your body.
And breathe.
Tuning into this moment the best way that you know how.
Knowing that there is no right,
There's no wrong.
There is intention.
There is presence.
There is breath.
Find a comfortable space position for your hands.
Allow them to rest beside you on your lap or even place one or both of your hands over your heart,
Honoring your heart and all that it does for you,
With you.
Day by day,
Hour by hour,
Minute by minute,
Second by second,
Beat by beat.
Honor your heart as the space that sustains your life,
The force that pumps life through your body,
Through your soul and your spirit,
To your mind and your brain and all of the spaces and places in between.
Feel the warmth of your chest,
Of your heart,
Underneath your touch,
Your nurturing,
Gentle touch.
Recognizing as well your heart as the symbolic housing,
Holding,
Space for your emotional energy.
Tune in to your emotional space with yourself right now in this moment.
What are you carrying with you from your day,
From your week,
From beyond?
Tune into that emotional energy now,
Recognizing the power of knowing,
The power of seeing,
The power of feeling.
Tune into your experience with curiosity,
With compassion,
With grace,
With love and acceptance for your experience in this moment,
Right here and right now.
For you are exactly where you are meant to be right now.
In this moment,
I invite you to call into your mind,
Your heart,
The image of someone that you love with all of your heart,
An uncomplicated love,
A peaceful,
Reciprocal kind of love.
Hold the image of that person,
That special being in your mind's eye,
In your heart space.
See how your heart swells when you picture someone that you love.
Smile with that emotion.
And in your mind or out loud,
Say with me the following phrase.
May you have grace.
May you have love.
May you be well.
Again,
Picture that image of the person that you love while we say those phrases again.
May you have grace.
May you have love.
May you be well.
And now direct your attention outward into the space beyond that one person,
Into your community,
Your family,
Your world.
Holding space,
Directing your heart energy as we repeat the phrases again.
May you have grace.
May you have love.
May you be well.
Take a breath as you seal that love,
That care,
That affection.
We'll say it again.
May you have grace.
May you know love.
May you be well.
Feel the power of that energy,
The power of that love,
That care,
That affection,
The healing power of grace.
And now turn your attention inward to yourself.
As you take a breath.
And to yourself,
But out loud with me say.
May I have grace.
May I know love.
May I be well.
Notice your emotions.
Notice your energy.
As one more time we repeat those phrases.

You have the power,
We have the power to know,
