Imagine yourself becoming surrounded by a glowing,

It feels warm,
Comfortable,
Peaceful.
Like being curled up by a fireplace in the winter.
Visualize the energy flowing from the earth onto you.
A warm,
Grounding energy.
Again,
With every breath,
With every inhale.
Think the word,
I am.
With every exhale,
Safe.
I am safe.
Let go of all the stress,
All the worry.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Visualize in your mind the phrase,
I am whole.
I am whole.
Visualize and remember that all we need will be provided for us in time.
The universe takes care of us.
Sometimes it gives us lessons that seem hard.
Those lessons are necessary for us to become the person that we are supposed to be.
Relax deeper.
With every breath and every heartbeat,
Let yourself relax and connect with yourself.
