At the crown or seventh chakra,
You have risen.
Your connection with the divine is one of free-flowing consciousness.
This is your sacred destiny.
To live heaven on earth,
Here and now.
Sit in a seated posture.
Find support for your spine.
Sitting in balance.
Feeling the connection to the earth beneath you.
Imagine the flow of energy drawn upwards as you take each new breath.
Imagine as you feel the life force energy drawn into you.
Each in-breath as it fills the space of your lungs in the physical world simultaneously carries the eternal life force.
Each in-breath,
You visualize the kundalini energy at the base of your spine,
Rising,
Flowing upward and into all of the chakras.
At the muladhara chakra,
This life force rises.
Each in-breath uncoils the life force energy stored within you.
Each out-breath in exchange with the higher consciousness of the divine.
The crown of your head opens to the cosmic consciousness of the universe flowing upward.
Each in-breath rising up the kundalini or prana energy,
Flowing into the svaadhisthana chakra.
Your exhalation releases breath into the physical world.
The next in-breath.
Here you awaken the light of true nature and your opening further,
Guiding your place in the form of light.
Opening upwards,
The flow of life force,
Of prana,
Of kundalini travels up and into the manapura chakra above your navel.
Opening to express your confident nature,
Your self-knowledge and the wisdom you hold in the truth of what you are.
Up higher,
Each new in-breath draws upwards the life force energy,
Opening your anahata or heart chakra.
Opening beautifully,
This expression of self-love allows you to witness your acceptance of yourself.
Imagine the love and approval that you feel as you approve all of life.
With the kundalini energy traveling higher.
Unraveled,
Flowing upwards and into your throat or vashuddha chakra.
This energy center enables you to speak with truth,
Self-honesty and in communication of yourself.
Each out-breath you release oxygen in the gases,
Carbon dioxide,
Nitrogen,
Oxygen as subtle form,
A perfect exchange with all of life.
The in-breaths call up the last of the kundalini energy,
Now flowing beautifully into sahasarara chakra.
Here the crown chakra opens to the divine,
To universal consciousness,
To the infinite flow of energy at the opening at the top of your head.
Now there are two directions of flow of energy and the ever-present communication with the divine.
Here at the seventh chakra you witness the merging of energy flow up and also the receiving of divine spiritual wisdom.
You may choose to hold the crown chakra open,
To be in constant flow and in communication with universal consciousness.
This is your oneness with the non-material world and your experience of flow as divine.
The energy center here is a beautiful violet.
In-breath all of your energy centers,
Your chakras open to receiving divine wisdom,
To celebrating with the non-physical this sacred part of you.
See,
Imagine,
Feel all of your chakras open.
Spinning in light.
True oneness.
You are this light.
This eternal consciousness.
The crown chakra open in communication with all of the wisdom of life.
Allow it in.
Allow the flow of light in the color of gold,
Of white,
Flow into the rest of your being.
It says here a lot of our namaskvimal filling the space inside your body and mind.
And Filling you of this beautiful divine energy.
Seeing each of the chakras glow in their color of light.
White light filling the rest of your being.
This is how you witness your pure consciousness with the divine.
Your energy is one and the same as you live of this light.
As you draw it into you in through the crown of your head.
You merge with all of the universe.
Be here of your light.
Continue to hold yourself open to its brilliance.
To practice this is to live of your light,
Of your source as pure consciousness.
Everything becomes a source of an expression of joy,
Compassion,
Oneness to love.
As you step forward into this day and of the rest of your life.
You live as this open source of consciousness.
Directing,
Influencing,
Guiding.
Supporting all conscious thought.
When you are ready to resume your day here as sacred oneness.
Simply open your eyes.
You hold this image of what it means to live as your energetic self and simultaneously as your physical being.

Open your eyes to this.
See this in your mind's eye,
In the space within your physical body as both the divine and the material.
Walk in the path of light,
Always conscious of your inner life force.
And the energy centers,
The chakras,
