In gratitude,
You draw unto yourself all of the abundance that you wish for.
Begin with a comfortable posture,
One that you may ease into,
And be in stillness.
Close your eyes,
Feel your breathing soften.
Notice the natural rise in your chest as movement,
As breath fills your lungs.
Be here for a moment or two,
The gentle witnessing of present moment stillness,
Of anticipating each new breath,
Every inhalation as lasting form,
Presence of your life in this moment.
Only to witness yourself in the presence of what you are here and now.
And now,
Be grateful,
Feel gratitude for this breath,
For this life-sustaining breath of oxygen,
Which nourishes every cell,
Every atom,
Every singular aspect,
And all of the working elements,
Which together embody all of you.
You are the deliberate form of life,
Ever-present,
Ever-beautiful,
As you are.
You are the perfect wisdom that inspires truth,
Sincerity,
Hope,
And love,
That others are encouraged by.
You are the perfect nature of your heart-open ingratitude,
For all of the abundance that is already yours.
Feel this gratitude,
Deep in your heart.
Say thank you,
Quietly or aloud,
As you feel and witness,
As you hold appreciation,
Your heart open,
As you feel and witness what is within you,
As you hold appreciation,
Your heart open.
Now,
For a time longer,
As you inhale each breath,
Name what you are grateful for.
Whenever you wish to feel gratitude,
Use this meditation and the experience of your breath,
As you open your heart to cherish what is already in your life.
Namaste.
