This Mindful Nature Walk Meditation has been inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, or, Forest Bathing. It is designed to be practiced outdoors, in a natural setting such as bushland, a park, or your backyard. Over a series of three invitations, you will be invited to connect with the place you find yourself in, via the senses, in a mindful way. Following the meditation, you might like to spend some time journaling about your experience.
