Hello,

This is Donna Benavides.

I'll be bringing you a guided meditation today.

Find a comfortable spot to either sit down or lie down.

Begin to take nice,

Smooth inhales through your nose,

And nice,

Smooth exhales out your nose.

Feel your body begin to relax with each inhalation and each exhalation.

Feel now this beautiful light shining on the crown of your head.

This beautiful positive light is coming from the universe,

It has healing and loving energy.

Allow yourself to feel this beautiful light entering the crown of your head.

The beautiful wave completely relaxing your body from the inside out.

See the stress leaving your body like dark air.

Release all stressful events and any stressful thoughts.

With each exhale,

You begin to feel lighter.

It feels so good to just let go and relax.

This is your time to relax and unwind.

With each and every breath you take,

You relax deeper and deeper,

Exhaling out all responsibilities.

Feel that you do not need them at this moment.

Allow yourself to scan your body and become aware where you find space to release the stress and any pain.

Breathe in the positive air into your body and exhale anything that does not serve you.

Give yourself permission to let go of all you have been carrying.

Allow yourself to be kind with your body and your mind.

Breathe in all that positive air and let it reach all the way down to the tips of your toes.

Release and relax all the muscles in your body begin to completely release and relax.

Feel this beautiful wave of relaxation filling your body,

Releasing all tension.

Feel this beautiful wave.

Move up and down your limbs.

All emotions that no longer serve you melt away.

It feels so good to let go.

The wave is now reaching all of your muscles,

Relaxing the muscles,

Relaxing each and every organ in your body.

Feel now a complete peace fill you from within,

Knowing that this peace comes from the awareness of connecting to your mind,

Body and soul.
