Good morning.
I hope that you're comfortable because it's going to be a wonderful day.
Allow yourself to relax because now that you've closed your eyes,
It's time to set your intention.
You know what you'd like to get out of today.
Or at least your unconscious knows.
You know how you'd like to feel today.
So take hold of that positive intention now.
Focus on your breath.
And notice that you start to breathe slower and deeper and deeper and deeper.
Feel that rich oxygen fill your lungs and nourish your body as you inhale,
Slowly and deeply.
You begin to enter that perfect,
Beautiful,
Tranquil state of being.
Because with every breath that you inhale,
That positive intention nourishes your unconscious.
Just as that oxygen nourishes your body now.
As you release that breath,
Any negativity,
Doubt,
Or fear,
Any negativity,
Doubt,
Criticisms,
And fears slowly drift away.
Just like that.
Don't get mad or distracted by those thoughts.
Just open the door and let them leave on their own.
And as you continue to release that breath,
Allow yourself to continue to fall deeper and deeper into that state of perfect trance.
Notice as your body starts to feel heavy,
As your body starts to feel heavy,
Loose,
Relaxed,
How your weight sinks deeper and deeper into the surface below you.
Let that feeling of perfect relaxation trickle down from your head to your toes,
Warming and relaxing you like a hot shower.
That's right.
Now you're ready to go inside your unconscious.
So I want you to focus on your intention for today.
What would you like to accomplish?
How would you like to feel about today?
How would you like to feel about today?
As you give your unconscious a moment to collect your thoughts and priorities,
Think about the work that you have ahead of you and how good it's going to feel to accomplish your goals today.
Imagine the satisfaction you'll feel from a productive day.
Allow your unconscious to give you a small taste of that satisfied feeling because you've already started off your day by giving yourself a gift.
The gift starts with going inside.
So as you continue to meditate on the satisfaction that you're going to get from a hard day's work,
Find the motivation to conquer your goals for today and all of the days to come because as you find that motivation now,
Your unconscious is teaching you how to utilize the potential that always existed inside.
So notice how good it feels to know that you are one step closer to the potential that exists within you.
So today,
Take hold of that potential.
Own it because it's you.
It always has been because today is going to be as beautiful as you choose to make it.
So you'll choose to remember that positive intention.
As you begin to accomplish those goals now.
Thank your unconscious for this process because the next time you revisit your goal,
You'll be able to realize that you're not just realizing it,
But you're also realizing that you're not just realizing it.
Because the next time you revisit this space,
You will learn even more about your potential.
Now,
I'm going to count you out of this trance,
But you can only come out as quickly as you can remember that you are one step closer to getting the most out of your day.
One,
You're still aware of your breath.
Two,
That breath gives you energy.
Three,
That energy makes you aware of your space.
Four,
That awareness makes you happy.
Five,
That happiness can grow into a little smile.
Six,
That happiness grows into a feeling of euphoria.
Seven,
It's okay if that smile grows a little bigger.
Eight,
You're excited about what lies ahead of you.
Nine,
Anything can happen today.
And ten,
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes with a stretch,
Wide awake and ready to take on the rest of your day.
