Transcript
Good night.
I hope your day was fantastic.
Give yourself a chance to rest,
Because after today you deserve it.
Allow your eyes to fall closed and take a chance to reflect on your day as you focus on your breath now.
Allow that refreshing oxygen to calm your mind.
Focus on all the positivity that you got to experience and take part in.
Focus on the peace and tranquility that you're about to have through a good night's sleep.
And breathe in that feeling.
Slowly and deeply as you drift deeper and deeper into that state of trance.
And as you release that breath,
Allow your unconscious to release any feelings of failure,
Regret,
Or doubt that you may be holding onto from today.
Allow your unconscious to release any feelings of failure,
Regret,
Or doubt that you may be holding onto from today.
Because those aren't productive emotions in the first place,
Are they?
So with every exhale,
Release that negativity.
Just like that.
As you drift deeper and deeper into trance.
You know how to go to this place of perfect tranquility and serenity,
Or at least your unconscious knows.
So give your unconscious a moment to prepare your mind for sleep as you reflect on your day now.
Think about all of the small victories you got to experience today.
Maybe you had to complete a difficult task.
Maybe you got the chance to show how you can make better use of your time.
Or maybe you got the chance to show someone kindness.
Congratulate yourself for every single little thing you accomplished today.
And allow that feeling of satisfaction to grow inside you.
And to warm and comfort every piece of you.
Because as that feeling of accomplishment grows,
Your unconscious continues to understand that any way you may have fallen short today will lead to another opportunity for accomplishment tomorrow.
So give your unconscious a moment to forgive yourself for any of today's failures.
Because ultimately,
It doesn't help you to hold on to those thoughts.
Instead,
Take a moment to prepare your goals and your intention for tomorrow.
What would you like to accomplish?
What would you like to improve?
Imagine the satisfaction that will come from accomplishing these goals.
Imagine the peace that will come from that satisfaction.
Give yourself a moment to connect to that peace as you prepare your unconscious for sleep.
Think of how good it's going to feel to drift into that state of sleep.
Plan to have positive dreams tonight.
Because something important happens when you sleep.
And as you sleep,
You'll become more aware of the potential that lives within you.
Because that understanding is already growing within your unconscious.
You'll be able to wake up in the morning refreshed and ready to see what you're made of.
Thank your unconscious for this process.
And in a moment,
I'm going to count from one to 10.
And when I get to 10,
You'll awaken ready to go to bed.
Sleep soundly with that positive intention.
So you can get a good jump on tomorrow.
One,
You're still aware of that breath.
Two,
That oxygen prepares you for sleep.
Three,
It feels good to be prepared.
Four,
Because something important happens when you sleep.
Five,
And that makes you feel happy.
Six,
That happiness puts a smile on your face.
Seven,
That smile grows into euphoria.
Eight,
Still holding on to that positive intention.
Nine,
Excited for sweet dreams.
And 10,
When you're ready,
Awaken from this trance,
Ready to go to bed and wake up refreshed in the morning.

That was Really Effective. I just came back from a busy trip and it was difficult for me to detach from all the doing mode... helped me to realize how much was already Accomplished today and to begin getting out of the βnot good enoughβ mindset and into loving kindness, self-acceptance, and self-rewarding behavior/attitude. Will come back to it. Namaste ππ» β¨

Thank you Dan! So powerful, it makes you shift the mood from whatever negative thing from the day that you were one holding on to, and sets the tone to be ready to have an amazing next day.

VERY nice!! Perfect. I had such a bad day today I ended up bawling by mid afternoon... So I wanted a way to reset for bed so not to carry this into tomorrow. This was exactly what I was looking for! Don't know if it'll work yet... But i do feel better NOW, and that counts!!!
