Welcome to the Womb Healing Meditation.
As we begin make yourself comfortable in a sitting position.
Sit with your spine straight,
Take a couple of breaths.
Feeling the presence of the body on the earth.
Allow yourself to relax deeply.
Be aware of the space around you,
The sounds around you,
Even being aware of the sounds within yourself.
Stretch your body and breath with awareness.
And as you do this repeat the mantra I am safe.
Placing your hands over your womb space,
Feel the energy rising from your sacral chakra,
The place below your belly button.
Send love from your heart to your womb space.
Repeat these affirmations either out loud or with your inner voice.
My womb is a sacred space.
I trust my inner voice.
I treat my womb with kindness.
My body is a safe place to be.
I trust my intuition.
I release the fears that are not my own.
I release antressural pain and trauma.
My body is sacred.
My life is sacred.
My womb is a space for creation.
I am grateful to be alive.
I am thankful for my womb.
I trust that I am capable of amazing things.
I love and worship my body.
I am beautiful.
I am connected to the divine within me.
I am the creator of my life.
Other people's opinions do not define me.
I am allowed to be loud.
I am allowed to be angry.
I am allowed to be opinionated.
I am allowed to speak.
I cleanse the space between my physical and spiritual body.
I am safe.
I trust the decisions I make.
I am allowed to change my mind.
My opinions are valid.
I deserve to be heard.
I am open to the love that surrounds me.
I reclaim my power.
I reclaim my body.
I reclaim the energy that I gave away.
I am in love with the life I am creating.
I love my womb space.
I am grateful to be safe.

Take another deep inhalation into your womb and a long exhalation out.
Breathing into the womb and out again allows her to open to this prayer.
As I inhale deeply into my womb,
The gateway of all life on earth,
The gateway for all creativity and power,
The gateway for all transformation and change,
I release all that is blocking me from my purpose,
My strength,
My energy,
My balance and my harmony.
Bring your awareness back to your body.
Continue to breathe into your womb space for the next few minutes.
