Kemetic Sun Meditation | Ra | Solar Plexus Meditation

Ra was the god/power/force of heaven, the sun and the origin of life in Kemetic spirituality. Devotion to Ra was central to Ancient Kemet and many solar temples were built in his honour.

Through deeply activating our solar plexus chakra (spiritual energy centre coloured yellow and located just above the navel), Ra unlocks our inner sun’s light. He heals anything that’s preventing us from sharing our radiant light with the world.

Hi, I'm Dina Akko, A certified Gammatic Yoga and Meditation Guide and Practitioner. I'm honored that you're here and happy to serve as a guide and companion on your journey for a little while. Come into a comfortable seat with your back straight and your heart open. You can sit in a cross-legged position, On a cushion, Chair or on your heels. You also can lie down, Just make sure your back is straight. When you're ready, Close your eyes, Relax your jaw, Your cheeks, Your forehead and eyes. Deep inhale into your belly, Exhale, Relax yourself into the ground. Inhale into your belly, Exhale, Relax. Inhale into your belly, Exhale, Relax. In your mind's eye, Imagine the sun, A powerful warm light radiating upon you, Feeling the warm glow of the sun in every fiber of your body. Imagine Dhadra, The sun god of ancient Kemet, Divine masculine teacher and high priest standing before you, High vibrational energy surrounding you. In your mind's eye, See Ra directing his powerful energy into your solar plexus, Above your navel. See your solar plexus energized, Radiating in a bright yellow, Radiating more and more with each inhalation. Feeling energy rise, Lighting up your power force, Activating all your sacred knowledge, Inner wisdom, Creative ideas and natural healing abilities. Inhale bright yellow light into your solar plexus, Feeling your power force becoming stronger and stronger. Exhale, Let the energy move through your body, Into your arms and legs, Hands and feet. Deeply breathing in and out of your body, Ra is communicating with you now. Be open to receive any messages on your guidance on how to show up in your life. This guidance may drop into your mind or awareness now or later. Just breathe into it, Feeling powerful energy moving through your body, Being energized and open to receive for the next few minutes. I just came back from a black educational tour about Kemet in Egypt and wanted to start incorporating kemetic practices into my daily routine. I’m glad I found this meditation and your profile.

Only downside is that this mediation starts with a welcome to my page and hit the subscriber button so I can tell it was pulled from YouTube.
