Guided mantra meditation. A possibility to chant together: Aham Prema, I Am Love. Guidance written by Deva Premal & Miten (Album 21-day mantra journey). You can also listen and learn the melody and chant it with a mala (so you can count the 108 times yourself) and do it in your own pace. For the best results of this mantra, you might want to chant it twice a day, 108 times, for 40 days. There is also a version of this mantra available without the guidance. Just a 108 repetition of the mantra with a different melody.

Namaste,

This is Deva Vasudha.

Welcome to this exploration to the mysterious world of mantra.

This is my love,

This is my joy.

Chanting with you gives me so much healing,

Joy and transformation.

Aham prema.

This mantra is dedicated to love.

Of course it's a word that means so many things to so many of us.

So we take a few moments to contemplate love.

What means love to you?

How do you feel it?

How you respond to it?

And most importantly,

How you give it.

Our whole life is spent in one way or another,

Looking for love and reaching out for love.

And as we chant this mantra,

It becomes more and more evident and obvious that it's the love for ourselves that we share.

All mantras and meditation in particular is really about making ourselves so that we can share the love we have for ourselves with others,

And with the world,

And with the planet,

And with all living creatures.

Aham means I am.

Prema means love.

We chant it 108 times,

With all our intention,

All our pretence,

In a comfortable position,

But upright and relaxed,

But intent to increase the love that we feel within,

For ourselves and for others.

Let's start and sing together.

Let's sing along with my voice.

I will count the 108 times for you.
