Guided Mantra Meditation to Give Peace to All Beings. Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu
by Deva Vasuda
By reciting this mantra 108 times you learn how to contribute to happiness and freedom for all beings, by beginning from peace within. Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu is a Sanskrit mantra which means: “May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.” Just listen to it at first, write the words down, and you will find yourself chanting along in time. No hurry, you will learn. You can also listen and learn the melody and chant it with a mala (so you can count the 108 times yourself) and do it in your own pace. For the best results of this mantra, you might want to chant it twice a day, 108 times, for 40 days. There is also a version available on IT of this mantra without the guidance, just the 108 reciting of the mantra. If you like to learn more about mantras, IT, Nada Brahma Satsang.
