Guided Mantra Meditation with a 108 chant of the mantra: Om Sarva Dukkha Haraya Namaha, to transform suffering into something to acknowledge as a part of life. Meaning of the mantra: 'Salutions to the reliever of all agonies. Antidote to sadness and misery, automatically invokes positive energy in life' Just listen to it at first, write the words down, and you will find yourself chanting along in time. No hurry, you will learn. You can also listen and learn the melody and chant it with a mala (so you can count the 108 times yourself) and do it in your own pace. For the best results of this mantra, you might want to chant it twice a day, 108 times, for 40 days. There is also a version available of this mantra without the guidance, only a 108 repetition of the mantra. Namaste,

This is Deva Vasudha.

Welcome to the exploration of the mantra Om Sarva Dukkha Harayana Maha.

The meaning of this mantra is to bring about happiness regardless of the situation.

It is a mantra that is suitable to be used for depression or anxiety.

It is an antidote to sadness and misery,

Automatically invoking the kind of positive energy that will counter the inner condition.

Anyone can have periods in life where depression seems to come out of nowhere,

Or where there are situations that makes you feeling depressed.

This mantra helps powerfully.

So let us chant together,

One hundred and eight times.

Don't mind the counting,

I will count for you.

Just make sure you are sitting in a comfortable position,

With a straight spine,

And breathe in and out.

I will repeat the words for you a few times,

And you can also find it written down in the description of this guided mantra meditation.

Om Sarva Dukkha Harayana Maha.

Om Sarva Dukkha Harayana Maha.

So let us chant together.

Namaste.

Om Sarva Dukkha Harayana Maha.

Om Sarva Dukkha Harayana Maha.

Om Sarva Dukkha Harayana Maha.

Om Sarva Dukkha Harayana Maha.

Om Sarva Dukha,

Hariya Nama.

Om Sarva Dukha,

Hariya Nama.

Om Sarva Dukha,

Hariya Nama.

Om Sarva Dukha,

Hariya Nama.

Om Sarva Dukha,

Hariya Nama.

Om sarva dukkha,

Harayana ma.

Dukkha is Pali,

The variation of Sanskrit,

And it means a lot of things.

Everything temporary is dukkha,

Including happiness.

To suffer is part of life,

We have to accept it.

So breathe in just once more.

Dukkha.

Breathe out just once more.

Dukkha.

Feel true suffering.

Embrace it.

Acknowledge that it's part of life.

Know that when suffering is gone,

You won't necessarily be happy.

All are temporary.

Breathe in.

Haraya.

And breathe out.

Haraya.

Haraya is another word for Shiva.

Shiva is one of the Indian deities,

And he is seen as the destroyer,

Or rather the transformer.

So by breathing in his name,

Breathing out his name,

You may be able to transform your depression or anxiety.

Namaha,

Which means solutions.

Make a deep bow for the situation you are in.

Solutions to dukkha.

Haraya.

Start with that,

The situation you are in.

Just bow,

No matter what the situation is.

If you are able to touch the ground with your hands,

Your head,

Do so.

Or do this in your mind.

Bow and touch the ground with your hands,

Your head.

Bow for the situation.

Know that all are temporary.

Bow to acknowledge that to suffer is part of life.

Acknowledge and embrace it.

Nothing lasts forever.

Have a beautiful day,

Evening or night.

All blessings to you.

Namaste.
