By reciting this mantra 108 times you learn how to contribute to happiness and freedom for all beings, by beginning from peace within. Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu is a Sanskrit mantra which means: “May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.” Just listen to it at first, write the words down, and you will find yourself chanting along in time. No hurry, you will learn. You can also listen and learn the melody and chant it with a mala (so you can count the 108 times yourself) and do it in your own pace. For the best results of this mantra, you might want to chant it twice a day, 108 times, for 40 days. There is a guided mantra meditation of this mantra as wel

Loved the joy that blossomed out of me as I chanted off the dock over the stillness of Griffen Lake BC. Loved the birds that joined in and then continued on. Thank you Deva for this moment of divine joy.
