You are here and have the right to exist exactly as you are.
When we walk into a forest and observe the trees or the brook or just look out into a yard and see a bush or a tree,
We do not question its existence.
We do not ask it to change or be different.
We accept it as it is.
We do not make it validate itself.
We see the tree and accept that it exists as it exists.
And yet for ourselves,
We often seek validation.
Someone to tell us that we're okay.
That we exist and it's okay to exist as we are.
And yet that's not required of a tree or a bird.
The universe is waiting for you to accept that you exist.
Self-validation is key to this.
Because everyone else is out there waiting to be validated.
They're looking to you to validate them.
How can they validate you when they await your validation?
The universe is ready to respond to you when you accept your own existence.
How do you know that you exist?
Well,
You're here.
You are here.
You breathe.
And you're aware.
You have thoughts.
You have feelings.
You observe.
That which is behind your eyes exists.
And that you can know your consciousness.
And consciousness exists.
When you enter a room,
You're aware of the room.
The people in the room.
Any chairs,
The walls.
So you exist.
And just by existing,
You have a place.
You are whole.
You do not need validation.
And yet something inside seeks that.
But who can give it to you?
If someone validates you,
Do you accept it?
Do you judge them as able to give you that?
If you do,
You are still the validator.
The sheer fact that you exist,
That you are here,
Is all the validation necessary.
The tree does not ask for any more than that.
Except your own existence,
Your own presence.
That very presence is the validation.
You think that it's something so much more.
An achievement,
Perhaps.
A certain level of success.
A certain level of recognition.
What level?
What achievement?
Which success?
What does the tree need to do to be successful?
And who are we to judge?
Who are we to judge?
To judge ourselves even.
Only that which seeks validation desires to judge.
And what kind of judge seeks validation?
Only not one that could judge.
So without judgment,
And without validation,
Who are you?
You are real.
You are here.
You are acceptable as you are.
Your existence is the validation.
The fact that you're aware is the validation.
And who can validate that but you?
The universe awaits you to self-recognize.
For until you self-recognize,
How can anything be validated?
And when you accept your own existence and validate yourself,
It brings in a river,
A current,
A flow,
An energy,
Of connectedness.
A communication between you and the universe.
For when you recognize yourself,
You can then recognize the universe.
That's the point.
The purpose of so much of life.
To recognize your own existence.
To accept yourself.
And to look back at the universe,
Accepting it.
Until we accept ourselves,
What else can we accept?
And once we accept ourselves,
We can accept so much.
When we understand that we are real and exist,
Then the universe can be seen and accepted.
The universe awaits you to recognize yourself and then the universe.
And then when you walk in a room and you see other people,
You can accept them as they are with their right to exist.
There's no need to judge.
Just a loving validation.
And you're not validating them.
You're validating yourself.
And when you exude that energy,
Then others recognize themselves and the universe and each other.
Then the connections go deeper.
They're freer.
There's no need for judgment.
Self-recognition is the universe accepting itself through you.
You are the universe in a human form.
Accepting your own self.
Recognizing that you are the universe.
Self-recognition.
And when you validate yourself,
What do you need from others?
When you know that you are here and who you are,
What can anyone else give you more valuable?
And what a relaxing ease and feeling of peace.
Let go of all those self-judgments,
All that seeking of acceptance.
Because you self-validated and self-accepted.
You never needed the acceptance of anyone but yourself.
Love all those little places in you.
Accept all those things about you.
Accept that you exist and that is more than enough.
Accept that you are the universe and that you validate all that is.
You do that.
It's who you are.
And share that with all of the universe that you meet.
That is love.
And you are love.
And you exist.
And you are acceptable as you are.
Accept yourself.
Nothing else is required.
Accept yourself.
