Welcome to this forgiveness and presence meditation.
Thank you for taking this time for yourself to forgive and to become present.
Take a moment to get comfortable and we'll get straight into the meditation.
The past is what it is.
I can't change it and all is truly well.
If I decide to hold on to any negativity or resentment,
That is only hurting me.
Forgiveness is not something you do for someone else.
It is what you do for yourself.
And with all that in mind,
Knowing that all is truly well in this moment,
Knowing that the past is what it is and accepting it for what it is,
Without resisting it.
Putting no attachment onto any outcomes in the future,
Having no expectations whatsoever.
I am here now.
I am accepting the now.
I am arriving into the now.
I am present in the now.
I am here.
All is truly well.
What was,
Was.
What will be,
Will be.
And what is now is peace.
It is calmness,
Stillness,
Acceptance,
Gratitude and complete surrender.
Inhale forgiveness.
Exhale presence.
Exhale.
Take a little bit of time to relax.
Take a long deep inhalation.
Exhale fully,
Arriving into the now.
I am present.
I am loved.
I matter.
I value myself.
And I am beyond grateful for this moment to be present here and now.
