For the next minute, we'll be focusing solely on the natural rhythm of your breath. You'll be guided to notice the physical sensations of each inhale and exhale, without trying to change it. When your mind inevitably wanders, you'll learn to gently return your attention to your breath. This brief practice is a simple way to anchor yourself in the present moment and calm a busy mind.
