Welcome to this brief guided mindfulness meditation.

Start by getting comfortable and settling in.

And take three of the deepest breaths that you've taken today.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing in and out.

And breathing in and exhaling all the way out.

Bring your awareness to the top of your head,

To the crown.

Maybe gently stretch your spine up towards that point.

And just notice the length of your body.

Then bring your attention down to where your body connects with your seat.

And just rest your attention here for a moment.

Now gently bring your awareness all the way down to your feet.

Notice how they touch the ground,

The floor.

Just notice for a moment the force of gravity supporting our body and anchoring us to wherever we are right now.

And now take a couple more deep breaths.

And when you're ready end this practice.
