Today I wanted to have a chat about fear and love.
Basically when we break everything down we're either operating in fear or operating in love.
Everything is energy,
Absolutely everything.
Everything is a vibration.
Fear is a vibration and love is a vibration.
So what vibration are you putting out there?
When we are operating from love,
From unconditional love of self and others,
Then life is just a lot easier.
Things flow and when they don't we're still kind of okay with everything.
We're not judging,
We're just calm and we deal with things in the moment.
When we're operating from fear it's kind of the polar opposite.
We can feel different,
Very different in our body.
We might feel anxious or depressed or worried or stressed.
We might get angry,
We might fly off the handle.
So as you can see it's very different,
The very different vibrations.
And so it's about tapping into that love vibration,
That unconditional love for self and others.
But it must come or happen for ourself first.
Because when we are there having unconditional love for ourself,
We vibrate that outwards.
It's much easier to share that love outwards when we're feeling that within.
It's not forced,
It just is.
So that's just the reflection I wanted to share with you today.
And I think we all know when we're there,
Right?
When we are living in that state of love.
So think about what tools may work for you if you're feeling the other way,
If you're feeling in fear.
What tools work for you to shift out of that?
Perhaps it's meditation,
Perhaps it's breathing exercises,
Perhaps it's doing something creative such as art or dance,
Perhaps it's singing.
Whatever works for you,
We're all different.
But it's important when we are feeling less than love,
That we acknowledge that.
And we can sit in the muck for a while and observe.
And when we observe,
We can release.
There's no right,
There's no wrong,
There just is.
That's it.
