Channeled Message Regarding Trust + Surrender

This is a channeled message Deb Flanagan received from Spirit on 24th April 2023. The underlying message is about trust and surrender, pausing to find the inner wisdom and surrendering to doing nothing.

I just wanted to share this channeled message that I received as it was very comforting for me and may also be comforting for you.

In short the message is about trusting and letting go.

Be at peace dear one,

Know there is nowhere else you need to be.

Acknowledge your own commitment to growth and change even when things seem extremely difficult.

When you surrender your troubles up to spirit then you're allowing a much deeper level of trust.

Not many have reached this level or dare to go there.

Breathe,

Ground,

Dance,

Draw,

Anchor yourself to Mother Gaia.

When you do this the anxiety subsides.

Give up all control or wanting to know the answers.

You know this does not serve you.

Doubt and trust cannot coexist.

You are getting closer to embodying this now.

The more gratitude you practice the easier life becomes.

Continue your gratitude journal and also acknowledge the little wins and people's kindness.

I notice you have been noticing.

Continue on this path.

All will flow again for you but sometimes the tide is still for a reason and that is where you are.

No need to flap around creating waves.

Just pause,

Rest,

Relax and breathe.

Breathe deeper regularly.

The kindness you show to the world is reflected back at you.

Drop all the old stories.

You know they are not the truth of who you are.

The ego loves to tease and play.

Just laugh at it and move on.

And a placed hand on the gut and on the high heart which is the thymus area.
