This poem is inspired by the background music "Tree Song" by Siri, another teacher here on Insight Timer. It is about grounding oneself to mother nature and learning to just BE, much like the trees. May it offer you peace and stillness in your day.

Hello I'm Deb Flanagan from Wisdom Arts and I would like to share with you this channeled poem called Trust the Trees.

Trust the trees.

Breathe dear one,

Breathe.

Be here now.

Allow,

Allow,

Allow.

To sit just like the trees.

Allow the tension to fall just like the leaves.

Allow the heart to open as you breathe.

Allow the frustration to drop just like the broken branch to the ground,

Plod.

Breathe in the stillness,

Capture the light,

The twinkling of the water on the leaves as it glistens in the morning breeze.

Be strong like the roots,

Be bold like the trunk,

Be flexible like the leaves in the wind.

Trust all is perfect,

Rain,

Hail or shine.

Trust dear one,

Trust.

Trust in the divine.

The trees don't judge,

The trees don't question,

The trees know the soil is their protection.

Nourish yourself with water,

Sun and soil.

Be like a tree,

Trusting in Mother Gaia,

Trusting in me.

There,

There you see.

Breathing in the trust,

Breathe in the love,

Breathe in the faith and strength and spirit of above.

Ground in the soil,

Ground in Mother Nature who offers her wisdom without toil.

Learning to trust just like the trees.

Take me to the forest with the fairies and dew.

Take me to the mountains where rivers gently fall.

Be in the stillness,

Be in the breath,

Be like the trees,

Be in peace.

That's the end of the poem.

I hope you enjoyed it and bye for now.

Lovely Little poem. I love trees. I was in the trees this morning mountain biking. Have you ever done a tree breathing meditation leaning against a tree? Solala Towler on IT has great one. Breath in from the root to the crown of the tree. Breath out from the crown back to the root and Mother Earth.
