Lektion 1
Thoughts On Worry & Fear
So many of us have danced with worry for much of our lives in various contexts and we are told to let things go or live in the moment, but it doesn’t always feel so simple. Sometimes anxious thoughts and worry can be pervasive. Sometimes we even rationalize that our worries are well-founded. They make logical sense. And yet, it is clear that to worry will not change the future for the better. We are far better equipped to meet challenges and joys alike when we feel balanced and loving. So let's work on that.
“He who fears he shall suffer, already suffers what he fears.” — Michel de Montaigne
