We invite you to sit comfortably,
Take a few deep breaths.
In and out.
In and out.
To close your eyes.
And turn your focus and attention towards your physical body.
And maybe you can become aware of what's happening right now in your body.
It's a cold,
Warm,
Tense,
Relaxed.
Just observe.
Become aware.
And maybe then you can become aware of your five senses.
Your sense of listening,
Smelling,
Touching,
Hearing,
Seeing.
Become aware that these five senses permit you to perceive life as it is.
And maybe then you can become aware of your emotions and feelings which are present right now at this moment.
And where in your body you feel those.
And then maybe you can turn towards your mind,
Your head,
And see what's going on up there.
Are your thoughts turning?
Are there images?
Are there spaces between the thoughts?
Just become aware and observe.
And then see if you can turn your focus and your attention towards your physical heart.
And just let it rest there for a moment.
And maybe you can talk directly to your heart.
Address it directly and tell it,
Thank your heart for beating so well for me.
And see what happens if you thank your heart.
And maybe you can also ask your heart,
Dear heart,
Please connect me with my inner,
Deeper pulse.
The heart knows the way.
This is not something you can do.
It knows how to connect you with your deeper,
Innermost pulse.
Just allow it to happen.
And if it does not happen,
Please respect that.
And then bring your focus back to your physical heart.
And become aware of your pulse again.
And then,
At your own pace and rhythm,
Gently move your hand and your feet before you open your eyes.
