Listen, breathe, connect your feet to the Earth, draw your awareness into and out of the heart center, and be right where you are. Repeat the affirmations: I am grounded. I am rooted. I am centered. I am clear. I am here. This practice helps with nervous system regulation, clearing the mind, connecting yourself to the Earth, stress relief, aligning yourself in the NOW, and is a great reset or sacred pause for any time of day.
