Start to notice,
Just start to look around the space that you're in and get yourself oriented to it.
Just begin to listen to what sounds are around you.
Start to notice maybe the light as it's bouncing off of all the textures and surfaces in your space.
And when you're ready,
Just start to become aware of your breath.
No need to change your breath at all for now.
Start to cultivate this awareness and start to turn it from the external to the internal.
And we'll take three deep breaths before we close down our eyes and go inward.
So when you're ready,
Go ahead and exhale wherever you are now and take a deep steady slow breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Take another deep steady breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Feeling any tension,
Any stuck energy starting to melt.
And take another deep breath in,
The deepest breath you've taken all day through the nose.
Pause at the top and then just sigh it out with an audible sigh.
And as you do,
Feel free to shut down the eyes.
Allow your breath to return to its normal cadence and just start to feel what you feel in your body.
And to drop in here,
We're going to do a bit of a body scan.
As we move through the body from the head to the toes,
Feel as if you're just combing through every portion of the body,
Feeling into any tension,
Any stuck energy,
Any intensity.
And if you start to become aware of some of that energy,
Intuitively take a breath and send it to that area.
All right,
So moving up to the head,
Feel the top of the skull,
Any sensations.
Moving down across the forehead,
Feeling into the eyes,
The nose,
The mouth,
And the tongue.
Noticing if you're able to relax your tongue just a bit more.
Feeling into the jaw,
Releasing and moving down the back of the skull,
Down through the neck,
Through the throat,
And just breathing deeply into any sensations of tension that you find along the way.
And allow your conscious awareness to continue down through your shoulders,
Down through your chest,
Feeling into your heart space,
Noticing if anything's blocking your heart today.
And just sending a deep breath to the heart space to loosen and relax and allow your heart to open and breathe again,
Just like your breath.
And move down your left arm,
Starting at the shoulder,
Moving into the forearm,
Down into the palm of the hand,
Feeling any tingling or life force energy there.
Feeling into each finger,
Moving from the pinky to the thumb,
And mirroring on the other side,
The right side,
Starting at the shoulder and allowing your consciousness to comb all the way down the arm,
Feeling into sensations,
Warmth or cool,
Feeling the quality of the air,
Moving into the palm,
Feeling any life force energy there,
And feeling into each finger,
Moving from the pinky to the thumb.
And moving back into the chest,
Back into the heart,
Noticing if the heart needs one more breath before we move along,
Releasing,
Allowing,
Opening up the flow of love into your heart.
And just notice the difference between your upper body and your lower body as we move down into the solar plexus and the gut.
Feel if there's any stuck energy.
And breathe into the gut,
Breathe deep into the stomach,
Sending conscious,
Aware energy to that area,
Feeling almost like a trap door opening,
Connecting us back with our deep intuition,
The knowing that comes from sensation rather than the mind.
And moving into your pelvis,
Your root chakra,
Releasing and relaxing,
And sending a big breath down through your pelvis.
And as we do this,
Notice any tension that's naturally moving down through your body,
Being pushed down through your body by your conscious awareness.
And allow it to now move down through your legs,
Through each knee,
Down through the calves,
And into the feet.
And just feel into the feet,
Feeling the sensation of the floor on the feet.
And now just imagine roots beginning to grow from the bottom of your feet,
Golden roots moving into the earth,
Moving deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep to the center of the earth.
Just watch as these roots grow naturally,
With ease.
And when you're ready,
Take a deep breath all the way in through the nose.
And as you exhale,
Imagine all tension,
All stagnant energy moving down through your body and into these roots.
And take another deep breath all the way in through your nose.
And move this energy all the way down,
Down,
Down,
Deep into the roots,
Down to the center of the earth.
And take one last deep breath in through the nose.
And release with a big sigh,
Feeling all tension,
All intensity,
And anything misaligned with your being and the truth of who you are,
Shedding and moving down into the earth where it's dispelled and grounded.
And just allow your breathing to return back to normal.
And allow these roots to stay planted deep within the earth,
Serving as a natural drain of any intensity or any tension that builds up with you as you move throughout your day.
And now that we've cleared the body of any energetic blocks,
Any energetic tension that's been created in our physical form,
Let's begin to notice and become aware of any stuck energy that's currently in our lives.
Just allow anything that's heavy,
Anything that feels stuck and sticky,
Anything intense that's built up in your life to become present.
And imagine all these things forming into one ball of energy.
Just notice the weight of this energy.
Notice if it feels heavy,
If you have resistance to it.
And notice the size of this ball of energy,
Of all the things that are causing resistance in your life.
And allow this ball of energy to form just right before you.
And when you're ready,
We're going to begin to ground this energy down through our bodies and down into the earth through those beautiful roots.
So when you're ready,
Imagine that with each deep breath you take,
This ball of energy begins to shrink and get grounded down through your body and into the earth.
So take a deep breath in through your nose.
As you do,
Watch that ball of stuck energy shrink and release it out your mouth and allow it to ground deep deep deep into the earth.
Take another deep breath in,
Watching this ball of energy shrinking even more.
And as you exhale,
Allow it to ground deep deep deep deep into the center of the earth.
Take one more deep breath in through your nose,
Breathing in all the last bit of this stuck energy,
Stagnant energy.
And as you exhale,
Just ground it deep deep deep deep deep into the center of the earth.
And notice as this ball of energy is dissolving.
Notice the clarity without it in your space and allow your breathing to return back to normal.
And just begin to feel what it feels like to have any tension,
Any intensity,
Any stagnant energies cleared from your physical being and cleared energetically from your life.
And now coming back to your heart space,
Coming back to your clear clean heart space,
Feeling lightness in your chest,
Feeling a calm presence inside your being.
Begin to imagine someone you love,
Someone you care deeply about,
Someone you admire.
And just feel their presence in your heart,
Feeling warm,
Feeling connected.
And envision giving them just a big warm hug,
Feeling loved,
Feeling protected,
Feeling cared for,
Nurtured.
And as you complete this hug with them,
Share with them your intention for today.
What do you want to feel?
What do you want to accomplish?
What is your soul craving in this moment?
And just share what comes up with them.
And feeling fully seen,
Fully understood,
And fully witnessed.
Know that this intention is grounded into this day.
And know that there's nothing you need to do to allow it to unfold,
But that it will unfold magically in ways you could never imagine.
And tell this person that you love them,
And thank them for listening,
And return back to the breath.
Noticing your breath calm,
Steady,
And focused.
And beginning to notice the sounds around you again.
We'll take three deep breaths,
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Exhaling wherever you are now,
Taking a deep breath in,
Exhaling through the mouth.
Take another deep breath in through the nose,
And exhale through the mouth,
Beginning to wiggle the fingers and the toes.
And take one last deep breath in through the nose,
And exhale big sigh out.
Allowing your breath to return back to normal.
And when you're ready,
Slowly opening your eyes,
And noticing again the textures in your space,
The light.
And notice again how you feel inside,
What feels present.
And tie a metaphorical rope to this moment,
And know that it'll be unraveled and deeply connected to this experience as you move through your day.
