Today on this guided journey to refill your soul space,
The space around your body.
Let's start by getting comfortable in your meditation position,
Either sitting up or lying down,
Whatever feels more comfortable.
And then when you are ready,
Close your eyes.
Now let's take three deep breaths together to relax,
Let the worries of the day dissolve and settle further into your body.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth,
In and out,
In and out.
Listen to the sounds of the world outside and then bring your attention to listen to the words around you and then bring your attention and listen to the sounds inside your body and feel the relaxation spread throughout.
You can feel your body pressing against the surface beneath you and how it feels against you.
Now extend your thoughts through that surface and continue down and down and into the ground below.
Now imagine you are growing roots down into the ground and imagine you are traveling down through the roots as they grow and extend and travel deeper and deeper into the ground through underground rivers and lakes.
Feel the coolness of the water,
How soothing and refreshing it feels.
And then continue your roots and your journey down,
Down,
All the way to the center of the earth and feel those roots directly tapping into the source of Mother Earth herself.
Feel her presence and the strength she has always given you.
Everything about her is so familiar and you feel your journey is complete and you are home.
She is so overjoyed to see you.
Come in my dear.
Welcome home sweet spirit.
Come and sit beside me.
She turns to face you and places one hand gently on your heart and the other on your forehead.
Her hands are warm and you begin to feel an energy flowing directly through her hands and into you.
This energy fills you up and up until you are full to the brim like a cup and contained within the energy scattered like stars in the sky is the feeling of deep strength and grounding.
Once your strength is restored,
You feel the energy overflowing,
Cascading down and circling back into the earth.
This energy is endless and you feel your eternal connection to the well restored.
Feel this energy.
Feel the gifts from Mother Earth herself absorb into every cell of you.
Now you begin to travel back and retract your roots back from the center of the earth through the underground rivers and lakes and all the way up back through the surface below you and into your body.
The energy continues and travels around your whole body and your heart beats with this magical gift of love from Mother Earth.
Now travel again but this time up,
Up through your neck,
Through your head and up out of the top of your body,
Up,
Up into the sky,
Higher and higher until you are floating in the sparkling silver and gold of pure universal energy.
Feel that sparkling energy seep into your skin and into your body.
Feel yourself glowing from your inner core and your radiance shining brightly.
The universe is overjoyed that you visited today.
Spend some time here floating like a feather in a gentle breeze,
Absorbing this wonderful peace,
Tranquility and divine support.
Now travel once again down and feel that energy travel with you through the heavens,
Through the sky and in through your head,
Your neck and into your heart.
Mixing and swirling with the love of Mother Earth and shimmering with this magical gift.
Now feel the strength of Mother Earth and the shining protection of the universe swirl and swirl together in your heart.
The swirling becomes larger and starts to flow into all areas of your body and right down to the cellular and microscopic levels.
As they swirl together through your body,
They alchemize and dissolve away anything that no longer benefits you into a wispy gray smoke.
Let's take three deep breaths together and on each exhale,
This gray smoke is released from your body in through your nose and out through your mouth.
In and out,
In and out.
And with that last breath,
The last wisps of gray smoke are gone.
Now move your focus to your heart,
Feeling that swirl of Mother Earth and the shining protection of the universe get stronger.
Your heart begins to unfold like the petals of a flower and the energy overflows out of your heart into your chest cavity and out of your body.
It swirls all around you,
Above and below,
Filling your soul space and the space around you with strength,
Peace and protection.
Now imagine that energy expands again and overflows your soul space into the space around you.
With each beat,
You can feel the strength of Mother Earth and the universe energy becoming even stronger,
Stretching further and further around you.
You feel yourself shining,
Feel that connection to Mother Earth below and the universe above and that abundant,
Endless energy cascading through you,
Cascading through your soul space and cascading around you.
You are radiant.
The power of this love is palpable.
You feel the strength,
Peace,
Laughter and support crescendo into a fountain that falls from the heavens and covers you in a fine,
Misting blanket of love.
You feel your own energy gently retract back into your soul space and you feel your attention back in your heart and you feel that swirling continues throughout.
You are now replenished and full of the sweet,
Supporting nectar of Mother Earth and the universe.
If ever you are feeling weary or scared,
Tap into this sacred and powerful source and remember you are never alone.
When you are ready,
Wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes and return and notice how your radiance shines.
