Amaterasu, Goddess Of Light

This guided meditation will take you on a mystical journey to Takachiho, Japan, and to the Shrine dedicated to the sun goddess Amaterasu. Amaterasu hid in a cave, but while she was there realized she dimmed her inner light not only from herself but others too. The same can easily happen to all of us, we dim our light, even if we are not aware of it.
This meditation will help you to discover where you might have dimmed your light and so you may shine again.
