Comfortable seated position,
Or laying down on your back.
Settling gently and allowing yourself to return back home.
Back to your mind,
Body,
And spirit.
You may grant yourself permission to be here now.
Be here for yourself.
You are so deserving of this moment.
I invite you to draw your awareness to your beautiful breath.
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling out through the mouth in a nice,
Gentle cycle.
Each inhale and exhale.
Feel the level of Mama Well begin to lower and your nervous system to soften.
As you inhale,
Rise up your shoulders up to your ears.
And as you exhale,
Slowly releasing the shoulders,
Drawing them back and down.
Inhale,
Just tightening the brow and your jaw muscles.
And then exhale,
Soften your eyebrow and opening your mouth slightly,
Allowing it all to soften.
Releasing your tongue to from the roof of your mouth to the floor of your mouth.
Resting behind your lower teeth.
Draw in an inhalation,
Connect your body and your mind.
Drawing your breath to your heart space,
Visualizing a beautiful rose gold light.
As we inhale love.
And exhale fear.
Inhale energy.
And exhale stagnation.
Inhale wisdom.
Exhale comparison.
Inhale confidence.
And exhale doubt.
Inhale strength.
Exhale judgment.
Just sit with this here,
Filling your heart.
Breathe in the love,
The energy,
The wisdom and the strength.
Know that there is a circle of women.
All in the same journey as yourself.
And you are not alone.
