Welcome to Meditations with Daria Minnie.

Today I'm going to invite you to join me on a beautiful walk in nature as you imagine and paint a picture in your mind's eye of a beautiful forest or a wooden area.

As you take in a nice deep inhalation through the nose,

Inhale and sigh softly out through the mouth,

Dropping your shoulders down,

Creating some space for yourself today.

And imagine yourself walking,

Looking down at your feet,

Step by step you walk mindfully on this earth,

Drawing in your inhalations and exhalations,

Feeling the gentle breeze in your hair and the fresh air filling your lungs.

As you inhale,

Deeply inhale.

As you tilt your chin up to the sky,

You can see the beautiful trees above you.

And as you exhale,

Dropping the chin down,

As you gaze on the forest floor and see beautiful tiny flowers growing,

Just taking some time to connect with Mother Nature.

As you explore this area,

Allowing your senses to guide you,

Notice things that you can hear,

The winds,

The gentle movement of the tree branches or the birds singing their song or even the crackling of your footsteps as you take each slow and mindful step.

As you begin to walk and explore,

You come to notice a beautiful little butterfly.

And this butterfly catches your eye and becomes very friendly and encouraging for you,

Lifting up your spirits.

And as you gently bring your palm out,

It slowly settles into the palm of your hand.

And just notice for a moment the colors of this beautiful butterfly's wings.

Notice the details and how the sun captures the beautiful colors as they dazzle in the sunlight.

As you take a nice deep breath in and side out,

The butterfly is released from your hand and flies above you.

And as you gaze up,

Looking up at all of this amazing growth,

The trees,

The plants,

The flowers,

The animals,

Just taking a moment to reflect and to know that your growth,

Your inner growth,

Your personal growth is just as amazing and remarkable.

You are growing each and every day.

And just a gentle reminder for you to notice,

For you to reflect and share gratitude for your journey and your growth.

And as you take in a beautiful inhalation and exhale,

Release,

Thanking yourself for this meditation,

Sealing this practice,

And having a beautiful day forward.
