This session helps you gently release the mental and emotional activity of the day. Through calming sound, the body is invited to shift out of alertness and into rest, allowing sleep to begin naturally and without effort. This session is intended to be practiced nightly for seven days before moving on to the next track. Subtle binaural beats are layered beneath the music to support deep relaxation and restful sleep when listened to with headphones.
