Grounding meditation.
Finding a comfortable seat wherever you are.
Allow the eyes to gently close and together let's take a deep full breath in through the nose.
Open the mouth exhale side out.
Let's do that two more times.
Take a really big nourishing breath into the whole body.
Then as you exhale open the mouth and release all thoughts,
Tension,
Expectations.
One more time rejuvenating deeply nourishing breath into the whole body.
Opening the mouth exhale.
Let it all go.
Return to your natural rhythm of breath in and out the nose.
Setting a clear intention to ground into your most empowered state of being.
Connected to the earth.
Bring your awareness to your connection to the earth.
Feeling the physical body resting on the chair or the ground wherever you are.
And begin to sense the support from the earth beneath you.
The hug of gravity.
The muscles and bones of the body beginning to ease and release.
With little to no effort sense the center of your body.
Feel your feet on the earth.
Tension dissolving from the legs.
Sense the muscles and bones of the pelvis and hips grounding into the support of the earth beneath you.
The spine lengthening towards the sky.
Shoulders releasing down from the ears.
Sensing the length and volume of the arms resting comfortably on the body.
Tuning into the aliveness within the palms and the fingertips.
The chest softens.
Sensing the heart opening receptive to the energy of the earth.
Grounded because you are always supported by the earth.
The back body eases releasing into that support.
The back of the neck releasing.
Jaw unhinges.
A subtle smile across the lips.
Eyes are soft.
Gaze is expansive.
The crown of the head open and receptive to the nourishing grounded energy of your home,
The earth.
And just for these last few precious moments,
Feel the body breathing supported by the earth beneath you.
Take a deep,
Full breath into the whole body.
Opening the mouth exhale.
Let that go.
Bring your awareness right to that heart of yours and feel the practice with a sense of gratitude for your connection with your home,
With your body,
Your heart and your mind.
Knowing that you are always supported,
Always connected and forever grounded.
Taking one last deep breath into that beautiful heart of yours.
Opening the mouth exhale.
Sigh it out.
Let it all go.
Thank you so much for joining me.
I hope you have a beautiful rest of your day.
