Welcome back.
I'm so honored to guide you on this path.
You've already taken such a powerful step by practicing observation without judgment.
Today,
We go deeper into self-awareness.
Our minds love patterns.
They repeat the same stories,
The same fears,
The same doubts.
But when you observe these patterns with compassion instead of criticism,
Something incredible happens.
You begin to see them for what they are,
Just stories.
And in that awareness,
You find freedom.
Today's practice will help you witness your thoughts and emotions with curiosity and kindness.
Will cultivate a gentle open presence that makes space for all of your experience without needing to fix or change it.
Get comfortable.
Begin to slow down the breath.
And let's settle into this space of presence.
Sitting with what is.
Today,
We meet whatever arises with gentle curiosity.
Take a moment to settle in deeply.
Find your comfortable position.
And close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in,
Fill the lungs.
Feel your body expand.
And let it all go.
Another deep breath in.
And a slow,
Gentle exhale.
Bring your attention to your body.
Notice any sensations.
Coolness.
Tension.
Ye.
Don't try to change anything.
Just observe.
Now turn your attention to your thoughts.
Imagine you're sitting by a quiet stream.
And each thought is a leaf floating by on the water.
No need to reach for them.
No need to push them away.
Just watch them pass.
If an emotion arises,
Welcome it.
If you feel joy,
Notice how it feels in your body.
If you feel discomfort.
Breathe into it.
Let every sensation,
Every feeling be okay.
You don't need to fix or figure anything out.
You are simply here.
Sitting with what is.
Just observing the stream.
I'll come back shortly to bring today's practice to a close.
For now.
We'll take some moments in silence.
Slowly coming back.
Take a moment here to thank yourself for showing up.
You're creating space for awareness.
And that's such a valuable thing.
Today's reflective questions.
What recurring stories does your mind tell you?
How do these stories shape your experience of life?
And if you feel called to journal today,
Here's a prompt.
What would it look like to meet your emotions with curiosity instead of resistance?
How was day two's meditation for you?
If you feel cold,
Share in the comments below.
And as always,
Questions are welcome.
Next up,
In our final day tomorrow,
We'll step fully into the calm and clarity that comes from resting in the observer's mind.
You won't want to miss it.
If you haven't done so already,
Gently open your eyes.
And I'll see you tomorrow for our final day together.
