Find a comfortable position,

Take a moment to feather your nest and allow yourself to fully drop in.

Begin by taking a deep breath in,

Feeling the air expand your tummy,

Your sides,

Your back and breathing into your chest.

And as you slowly exhale,

Allow any tension to melt away.

Continuing with this calm,

Steady breathing,

As you begin to open yourself to the positive words that follow.

So,

Breathing in belly,

Sides,

Back and chest.

Exhale slowly,

Release the chest,

The back,

The sides and release your belly.

Breathing in and exhale slowly,

Allowing any tightness to melt away.

And repeating the following affirmations,

Really embody the words.

With each affirmation,

Allow yourself to believe in the positive energy each word holds.

I am grounded,

Calm and at peace with myself.

I am strong and capable,

Ready to meet each day with confidence.

I embrace positivity and I am worthy of happiness and abundance.

My mind is clear,

Focused and open to growth.

I am grounded,

Calm and at peace with myself.

I am strong and capable,

Breathe into the belly,

Side body,

Back,

Breathing into your chest.

Exhale slowly and completely,

Release your chest,

Your back,

Your sides and your belly.

Breathing in,

Pause at the top for just a moment.

Exhale and hold here at the bottom.

And now,

Begin your new cycle of breath.

And bringing awareness back to the body.

Maybe gently blinking open your eyes,

I loved these affirmations, but I also really wanted to say that at the beginning of the track, you explained proper belly breathing in a way that made me FINALLY get it. I’ve never heard someone explain it in stages involving the belly, sides, back, and chest in sequential order and that was genuinely such a helpful gift to me, thank you!!💛
