I loved these affirmations, but I also really wanted to say that at the beginning of the track, you explained proper belly breathing in a way that made me FINALLY get it. I’ve never heard someone explain it in stages involving the belly, sides, back, and chest in sequential order and that was genuinely such a helpful gift to me, thank you!!💛
