It's Danny,

And welcome to your nightly wind down.

It's time to surrender the day,

To soften the edges of your mind and release the weight of the world.

As you settle into a comfortable position,

Allow your body to feel supportive.

Whether you're lying in a bed or resting somewhere peaceful,

Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

Take any of those final movements your body may be calling for before finding complete stillness.

Let's take a few more breaths,

Slow and intentional,

In.

Each breath in allows you to feel softer,

And each exhale relaxes you deeper.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your belly and chest,

The rhythm of your breath like waves caressing the shore.

Let your awareness settle here.

There is nowhere to be but here,

Nothing to do but breathe.

With every breath,

Your body begins to loosen,

Your shoulders mounting,

Your jaw relaxing,

Your hands resting heavy and at ease.

Allow the surface beneath you to fully hold your weight as though the earth itself were cradling you.

As the binaural beats begin to wash over you,

Imagine the events of the day gently unwinding.

There's no need to hold on to anything now.

See thoughts drifting like clouds across a vast sky.

This is a space of deep restoration,

Of peace beyond words,

Trust that you are exactly where you need to be,

Allow your mind to wander through this landscape,

The sky full of stars above you,

Knowing you are always guided and protected,

Allow yourself to dream,

As you float deeper into rest,

Know that you are deeply loved,

All is well,

There is nothing to fix,

Nothing to figure out,

Only this moment of perfect stillness,

And release slowly one final time,

Drifting into a blissful sleep,

And when you wake may you feel renewed,

At peace and deeply restored,
