One more deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Just returning to a normal breathing pattern,
Allowing the body to soften and the shoulders to drop,
Allowing this moment to be just for you.
Placing one hand on your heart and the other on your belly,
I want you to feel the rise and fall of your breath.
As you breathe in,
Acknowledge any emotions you may be feeling right now,
Stress,
Anxiety,
Sadness,
Or even joy.
And now,
With each inhale,
Breathe in gentleness,
And with each exhale,
Release self-judgment or criticism towards yourself.
This is your reminder you are allowed to feel and to be imperfect.
I invite you to silently repeat to yourself,
It's okay to feel.
It's okay to need care.
I am worthy of compassion.
Breathe that in,
