Blessings and welcome back to the way of the spiritual warrior where we're learning to become unstoppable as we're moving toward that sacred mission,
That highest possibility,
The big dream,
The mighty vision that we may have begun to catch for our lives.
My name is Daniel Rocchio,
And as always,
I'm very and deeply honored and grateful that you're choosing to join me on this beautiful journey that we are on,
Which will have ramifications beyond anything that we can ever imagine at this point.
Me is a deeply transformational journey.
And I've already begun to see and observe in myself how I am moving in a slightly different way through life because of just turning my attention to the way of the spiritual warrior.
How I'm moving with a much higher clarity and purpose in life,
Which I absolutely love.
And I obviously hope and wish for all of you tuning in to have the same exponential unfolding happen in your lives.
We are continuing with this session,
Our exploration of the spiritual foundation.
This is the way of the spiritual warrior.
This is the way of the enlightened warrior.
And enlightenment is not something that happens overnight.
Just like a tree continues to grow all of its life,
Enlightenment is something that happens in stages.
It's like climbing a ladder that has no end.
Each rung leads us to the next rung,
To the next rung,
To the next rung.
And we just keep going higher and higher and higher,
Becoming more and more lofty.
This is a complete sidetrack,
But this is the way it flows,
So let's go with it.
We talked about in the last session about perfect preparation and unfolding always happening,
How spirit is always expressing itself perfectly,
Right?
Every realization we ever have.
Opens the door to new realizations and we need to have the first realization to be open and available to the new realizations that lie beyond and above.
So there is absolutely always,
Always,
Always an eternal unfolding happening.
So I just wanted to toss that in there so that we can move on to this session and to explore our divine mandate.
Many of us move through life with the sense of,
I'm not worthy.
I'm not able.
I'm not capable.
All these stories that we have in our minds,
They may be stories that someone else,
Through repetition,
Have programmed into our subconscious mind.
They may be stories that we ourselves have been telling ourselves.
But nonetheless,
Many of us move around with the sense of not being enough,
Or not having enough.
These two are the battle cry of the ego.
There is not enough.
I am not enough.
I am not enough.
There is not enough.
That's the perception that many of us move through life with.
The mental emotional filters that many of us move through life with.
But being God with skin,
A unique perfect whole complete expression of this benevolent loving presence,
We all have a mandate to live the most beautiful life that we can ever live.
Whatever that means to us.
Just because we have lived our lives in a certain way for,
I was gonna say a century,
There are maybe individuals that have lived their lives in the exact same way,
More or less,
For a century.
But for most of us,
It's more about decades.
Moving in the same direction,
Having little to no change,
Growth,
Expansion,
Evolution unfolding happening in our lives.
For years and years and years and years.
That has nothing to do with our lot in life.
That has nothing to do with our purpose for being here.
We all have a divine mandate to shine,
To glow,
To live the most glorious,
Magnificent,
Luminous life that we can live.
Just like any rose has the divine mandate to be the most beautiful rose that it can be.
Just like any tree has the divine mandate to be the most magnificent tree that it can be.
Just like any ocean has the divine mandate to be the most beautiful,
Powerful ocean that it can be.
We all have a divine mandate inherently,
Intrinsically within us.
We all came here for the sole reason that God wanted to express more of itself in us and through us.
In a way that God cannot express itself in us and through any other being.
We are not a carbon copy.
We are not a cookie cutter expression of God.
We are a unique perfect,
Whole and complete expression of spirit.
And so as we're moving forward,
As we are becoming these unstoppable spiritual warriors,
We need to absolutely seek to become aware within ourselves of stories,
Beliefs that we are not worthy,
That we are not capable.
That we're not able to.
But all of this is a choice.
We need to want to.
We need to be willing to do this inner work.
Because it's not just gonna happen.
Millions and millions of people are walking through life not,
Let's not say not ever,
But hardly ever.
Hardly ever looking at themselves.
Hardly ever doing the inner work of cultivating a loving relationship with themselves.
An unconditionally loving relationship with themselves.
There are countless individuals that have such a distorted view of themselves and their self-worth.
A divine mandate to live the most beautiful life,
It has nothing to do with us becoming famous,
Or seeking recognition,
Or getting recognition,
Or acknowledgement,
Like the bumblebee I shared about.
It is fulfilling its dharma,
We all have a dharma,
A divine mission to serve the world in some way.
In a way that no one else can serve the world,
That is the perfect fit and match to our unique talents and abilities and qualities.
And the bumblebee,
It is serving the world in the highest way possible,
By flying from flower to flower.
The world will never know about it.

And yet,
It is fulfilling a mighty purpose.
Is contributing immensely to this planet?
To the world and ultimately to cease God to come into ever greater and grander expressions.
So what I'm getting at is that we want to break free,
We want to set ourselves free from the mental shackles that are telling us that we cannot,
That we are not worthy,
That it is not possible,
That it cannot happen,
That we need someone out there to give us approval or to acknowledge our worth and value.
To tell us that we are worthy.
To tell us that we are valuable.
To give us the acceptance that we feel we believe we need to shine the glow to soar.
Let's release all of that.
I was,
I don't know,
In my early 20s I believe,
And I had become aware that I was living most of my life to please others.
And I remember in high school being called such a nice guy.
Everybody said it.
Oh,
You're such a nice guy.
You're so nice.
And I had come to realize that to me.
.
.
Being nice meant that I did for other people what I thought they wanted.
So that they could love me.
That's not how I articulated it back then,
But that was the essence of it.
And so I was walking down the street in my hometown and all of a sudden,
And this may very well have happened in a completely different way,
But this is how I remember it.
I was walking down the street and out of nowhere,
I heard these three sentences and they were obviously in Swedish.
So let me try to call them into mind.
I don't have them written down or anything anymore.
So it's always a process for me to remember them.
Along the lines of I'm worthy,
I'm a beautiful human being.
And something else.
I don't remember the last one,
But it doesn't matter.
And this was long before I knew anything about how the mind works,
Before I knew anything about affirmations or anything like that.
I took these three affirmations and I began saying them to myself.
I'm worthy,
I'm valuable,
I'm a beautiful human being,
Or whatever.
I would think them in my mind.
And then,
For some inexplicable reason,
I started each morning and ended each night with standing in front of the mirror in my bathroom and I would say them more and more out loud.
And I remember in the beginning,
As I stood in front of the mirror,
How I got physically sick to my stomach just thinking these sentences or whispering them.
There was no way that I could bring myself to look in the mirror,
But I would stare down in the faucet and in the sink and on my toothbrush or whatever.
But I kept at it and eventually I was able to look up into the mirror,
Look at the bottom section of myself in the mirror and then my gaze went up and up and up and up to the point where I could actually look myself in the eyes and say these.
And the nausea went away obviously.
And there came a point where I could actually say these out loud around other individuals and feel it!
And now it's like sometimes I can think that I'm so undisturbed by what others think of me that maybe there's something wrong with me.
It doesn't bother me when anyone else gets mad at me.
I mean,
It bothers me in the sense that I obviously did something,
But it doesn't affect my self-worth.
It doesn't affect how I see myself or how I feel about myself.
So we want to release ourselves.
We want to set ourselves free from these stories and beliefs.
But to live the most beautiful life that we can imagine,
We need to choose it.
And we need to do the inner work.
It is not just gonna happen.
There's a beautiful statement that goes,
It doesn't just happen,
It happens just.
Our worldly experience,
Our experience in life,
How others treat us,
What events play out in our lives,
That is all a reflection of what we hold alive and active within our subconscious mind.
Just like a mirror.
The external world is always a reflection of our inner world.
And this is what we talked about in the session of being brutally honest with ourselves.
If we want to learn to walk the way of the spiritual warrior,
We need to be brutally honest about what is holding us back.
Because it is never,
Ever,
Ever something out there.
It is not what they said.
It is not what they did.
It is not the world economy,
It is not the state of the world,
It is not any of that that is holding us back.
The only thing that is ever,
Ever,
Ever,
Ever.
.
.
I'm laughing because I'm getting all worked up here.
The only thing that is ever,
Ever,
Ever holding us back is the stories and beliefs that we buy into in our minds.
The limitations that we impose upon ourselves.
That's the only thing that is holding us back.
We all have a divine mandate to be the most shiny,
Lofty,
Glowy,
Soaring expression of the divine that we can ever be.
But we need to choose to step into that mandate.
We need to choose to challenge the limited stories and beliefs that we may have nurtured for so long in our minds,
And set ourselves free to evolve our consciousness.
To lead our minds.
And to thrive in every aspect of life.
So the invitation for us is now to spend some time with how we feel about ourselves.
If we want to journal about it,
If we want to share with a friend,
If we want to go out in nature and share with a tree,
As long as we do it.
As long as we sincerely seek to become aware of how we feel about ourselves,
What we think about ourselves,
What we talk about ourselves.
We want to cultivate a way of life where we think beautifully about ourselves,
Where we feel beautifully about ourselves,
Where we talk beautifully about ourselves.
To the best of our ability.
There's really only one question and we are wise to live with it for a period of time.
How do I feel about myself?
And how do I think about myself?
As we ask that question over and over and over again,
It'll direct our attention toward those inner stories and beliefs that we may have held on to.
As we're using our moments in between,
If we just stop for a short period of time and ask ourselves,
How do I feel about myself right now?
What do I think about myself?
Turn our attention toward that so that we can begin to release and let the small and the limited go.
Because we have a mandate to soar,
To shine,
To glow.
Beyond anything that we've ever imagined,
Beyond anything we've ever experienced.
Hmm.
Thank you.
I feel so good about me that it is ridiculous.
And I feel so good about my life.
And I feel so good about being here.
And I feel so good about being here with you.
So thank you so,
So much.
Until we meet again.
I,
As always,
Bless,
Bless,
Bless our days and I bless,
Bless,
Bless our ways.
Much love and many blessings.
Namaste.
