Hello and welcome to today's meditation session.

Today we're going to be taking some time to think about the things that we're grateful in our lives for.

Think about the moments and exciting opportunities we've had to be grateful.

Grateful for the people in our lives,

Grateful for the experiences,

Grateful for the opportunities at hand.

I think it is incredibly important for us to have this sense of gratitude because it keeps us grounded.

It keeps us focused on the goal and allows us to take the pressure off ourselves and to focus on other people.

So just give it a moment to think about that.

I'd also like you to think about the idea that maybe the goal isn't necessarily productivity today,

But the goal is focus and training your mind to focus on what's important and be in the moment whenever you are working on what you need to work on.

The pressure we put on ourselves sometimes to become productive tends to be too high because it just isn't possible sometimes,

But when you're able to put your mind in a place of focus and be intense in the moment,

That's where the true greatness is discovered.

Now let everything just disappear from your mind.

Be free,

Be calm,

Be collected.

Focus on relaxation,

Steadying your breathing.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

Keep that steady breathing for the next ten or so breaths.

Now you may find that your mind wanders to the to-do list of today or what might happen,

But just bring it back,

Bring it back to where it needs to be,

In that calm and centered place.

Be focused,

Be collected,

Be true to you.

Remember that this practice every morning will help you to regenerate the energy,

The courage,

The focus to go into your day with all the strength you need to take on whatever challenges come your way.

Now you may slowly open your eyes and come back into the moment.

Have a great day.
